It's really funny how much I wax nostalgic for all the games and consoles that came out in the 90's and early-mid 00's because those truly were the good ole days of gaming. Back then there was none of this DLC and season pass bullshit. We actually got a complete game disc for $50, and we didn't have to fork over an extra $50-$60 for a stupid fucking paywall fee just to play our games online.

That truly was a great time to be a console gamer, unlike today. It's ironic that the more console technology evolved and improved, the gaming experience kept getting worse and worse.

I haven't had a GameFly account in over a decade (2003-'05ish) so I can't really gauge it's value nowadays. Back in the day tho I had the 2 game plan so it was pretty sweet. I really don't remember being forced to wait several weeks to play a new game, tho that seems to be the common complaint towards GF these days.

Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I stole my GBA Super Mario Bros from GameFly. It was the last game I had out and I never sent it back to them when I cancelled my subscription.

I can remember when I was in the 5th grade, this stupid kid who was half my size wanted to get in a fight with me for some reason, but I kept declining his offers. Eventually we did get in a fight but I beat the shit out of him and he never really bothered me again. I didn't really get bullied again until I was in the 7th-8th grade, but fortunately for me I ended up going to a different high school than most of those assholes.

By the time I made it to high school, I developed a defense mechanism so whenever some dickhead would say some stupid shit to me, I would usually counter them with my own witty retort. I can remember that most of the kids that I didn't get along with when I was a freshman, I actually got along with them by my senior year, kinda funny how that turned out.

And despite the fact that I frequently go out for walks by myself almost every evening, I've never had anyone try to mug me, very surprisingly.

I don't like the the fact that I'm almost 28 and I'm still stuck in college and living at home. All my friends are the same way except they actually have jobs and work for a living. I've been unemployed for 7 months now with only one job interview to show for it.

I used to really hate being single but now I don't even give a **** anymore and all I really care about right now is finishing my degree and hopefully getting a good job and moving out on my own.

Despite the fact that I'm not really a control freak, I really freak out over things I have no control over like getting a girlfriend and getting a job. All the girls I ever meet in school are stupid c***s who blow me off after we hang out once or twice, so that's probably why I want to get out of school so damn bad.

I could probably fill up a whole book with everything that sucks in my life right now.

As much as I would love to see Claire return in RE7 (she's always been my favorite character) I don't think she really needs to be back in the next game since she was just in Revelations 2.

That being said, I would really like to see a classic character like Rebecca Chambers as the main lead in RE7 since she hasn't been seen in ages and she really deserves to be in a new game, even though she really doesn't have have anything to do with the main story post-Raccoon City...

I just hope they don't reuse Chris again since he was just in three consecutive games (RE5, RE6, and Rev1) so I'm pretty sick of seeing him pop up in every damn RE game nowadays...

Back when I was in middle school I used to trade N64/PS1 games with the other kids, and for some reason I was dumb enough to trade my Diddy Kong Racing game for something that I don't remember... I really missed that game dearly but I finally bought DKR again at a used game store a few months ago. Playing that game again for the first time in over 15 years felt very cathartic and it made me really happy to finally own a relic from my childhood again.

I also traded in my Super Mario Sunshine and Luigi's Mansion games and I still haven't replaced them. At least I was smart enough to keep the rest of my GameCube games, still have my valuable copies of MGS Twin Snakes and Mega Man X Collection.

That being said tho, I sold my 360 with all my games to some guy on craigslist last year and I don't regret it at all. Every once in a while I wax nostalgic to play some Dead Rising, but I know it ain't worth buying a 360 again.

I also sold all my Rock Band stuff to someone else on craigslist and I couldn't have been happier to finally get all that junk out my room.

The only game that gave me a bad first impression that I sorta grew to like was Dead Rising. It's still an awful game but the first time I played it I didn't have a high def flat screen TV to play it on so I couldn't read any of the fucking text.

A few years later I bought a used copy after I had acquired a modern TV and my experience was considerably improved since I could actually read the goddamn text this time.

The game was still really crappy tho since you're constantly being rushed to get from point A to point B, and the game has the most awkward and crippled controls ever, but for some reason I really enjoyed saving every single survivor in the game. Hell that was my favorite achievement I ever unlocked since it like I really earned it.

1. Deadly Premonition

2. Star Wars Masters of Teras Kasi

3. The Lone Survivor

4. Cry of Fear

I like pretty much any obscure horror games on Steam really.

I find sports games to be insufferably boring because I'm a nerdy guy who never cared about sports.
