$60 games are ALWAYS a tough sell, no matter the genre.

Ugh, I can't stand Cliffy B.

@nick-nikol "a first person shooter like Hallo(which by the way needs less work to be made)"

Wow. Really? Uh, no, this isn't true at all.

I don't mean this with any offense intended, but I wish the article was written a little more clearly.

The 360 and PS3 both have more than half a dozen upgrades. Not to mention the huge gap in the launch prices between those two and the Ouya. It seems 90% of the people in this comment section don't quite fully grasp that you can buy (at least) five/six Ouya's yearly for the same amount of money that a PS3 first cost.

Lemme get this straight:
The Ouya costs $100. Further upgrades will most likely cost less, judging by Urhman's comments and how the industry works (or $100 if we're going to be extremely skeptical).
PS3 originally cost $500-600 US when it launched. It's upgrades cost anywhere from $300-500.

And there was no mention in the article that new Ouya's will be required to play newer games.

Soooooo... What are you all upset about again?

@Spartan_418 @Swoopalz Seriously? I honestly don't understand how you could possibly be confused.

Shepard's story is a story within a story: Buzz Aldrin could've made the whole damn thing up. Who knows what the actual Mass Effect universe is like because the only established facts we have now are that there are two sprites on the planet with a pretty rad backdrop and that they dig telling tales.

Also I said "could've never" not "couldn't have". Bit of a difference there.

@r3v3nant_1 @Swoopalz I don't doubt it. I'm just saying that BioWare mucked up their own canon really badly.

@LatinproX @Swoopalz Off the top of my head?

Okay... Let's see...

Dark Souls, Mario, Halo, Donkey Kong, God of War, Assassin's Creed, Doom, Deus Ex, Dead Space, any of the eight billion modern shooters out there, Metal Gear Solid, Half-Life, Zelda, Ratchet & Clank, Portal, any of the Elder Scrolls games, Zak & Daxter, Pokemon, Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy, Dragon Age (the second one is told as a story, yet makes sense in its own lore), Gears of War, the Batman: Arkham games, Bioshock(s), Amnesia, Beyond Good & Evil...

Etc, etc.

@LatinproX @Swoopalz Okay. Every single game that comes to mind (minus the Mass Effect trilogy) is not a bedtime story.

Your turn.

@LatinproX @Swoopalz Your attempts at snark leave much to be desired.

Shepard/everything-having-to-do-with-Shepard could have never occurred in the ME lore itself: so it is essentially meaningless in it's own universe. That's a pretty goddamned big fail when the entire premise of the series is getting players invested and immersed in the world.
