Rumors say that it will either use the Tegra X1 - which puts it on par with Xbox 360 and PS3 but under PS4 and Xbox One - or possibly the Tegra X2 which will be closer in power to current gen. but still under.
BUT that would also make it more expensive, and Nintendo doesn't have that kind of track record.
It's also rumored that the docking station will provide no additional power.
I think that's misleading to say that PS4 and Xbox One games have 50 GB on the Blu ray (True) and "many often require further installs on their internal hard drives." I can only think of one game, Halo MCC, that required more than 50 GB total.
ALL games have to be installed on hard drives because Blu ray is too slow to read for gaming.
Cartridges would be faster. Just pointing out the misleading comment.
That is impressive! already passing 2015 and it's only July.
Funny story: I think Civil War would have done even bigger numbers - but I've talked to people that refused to watch it because they LOVED the Marvel characters SO MUCH they didn't want to see them fight each other!!
I had to drag my mom and dad to the theater for that reason, and they ended up loving it, but I wonder how many people didn't have a nice friend/relative to talk them into it? :)
I think DICE is taking some liberties to make the game more "fun" and more like a Battlefield game. and taken under that perspective, it is a great experience.
but people looking for a WW1 game might be disappointed. which begs the question, why choose that time period? they've made a lot of explanations for the campaign and the game in general which, again, is fine for many people.
but maybe it would be cool to include an "authentic" playlist mode that eliminates the SMGs or something like that.
So where are the mentions of PLAYABLE games like For Honor, Eagle Flight, Sea of Thieves, ReCore, etc. How fair is it that GOW won best graphics from a VIDEO?
