--i mean --35 accidents out of approx 1,000,000 phones(plus i am sure it never happened in testing) --not very good odds of it happening to either of us --but --it is still something i will keep a serious eye on --and just get my new replacement phone here pretty quick
--the thing that actually sucks --is this incident is gonna have a MAJOR negative impact on the phone's future --i am not saying it will make it die off --but --it isnt a good thing(what will happen) --vs what would have happened if they didnt sell everyone potential bombs
--i just got mine yesterday --it took me like a week to get it in the mail --this story has really ...sigh --taken a BIT of wind out of my 'new phone sails' --like i search for 'cool note 7 stuff' --all i mostly find is how to keep it from becoming a fire hazard/bomb ha
@jerjef: --as far as scorpio and neo being "vaporware" --i dont think neo is vaporware --as a matter of fact --it is supposed to 'be out' this holiday season(to help launch PSVR) --i will say though --sony lied about neo being 'to sony' what scorpio is supposed to be 'to xbox' --i do not think it matters either way --but neo will come out this year --probably launching on the same day as PSVR --and there is no such a thing as a scorpio(at the moment) --there will be another console by xbox --but it wont come in next holiday --powered at 6 teraflops ha
--as far as playstation vs xbox --the first xbox did okay --the 360 was a masterpiece(but the RROD killed all the profits~and ran A LOT of gamers over to PS) --but --it was ALL THAT early pre-launch xb1 talk by microsoft(and post-launch activity) --that killed xb1 --MS had gamers hating xb1 from first announcements until WELL after launch --we have this saying --the only thing the xb1 ever sold was the ps4
