yea, its friday, it has been a stressfull week in college for me. I finally have time to do stuff.  I wanted to maybe purchase something new for the ps2 like GOW II but i am going have to wait till the semester is over before i make any new purchases.

Instead what i have decided to do is to play some ps2 games that i havent played in a long time. I have a lot of games that i just havent touched for like 2 years. the ps2 had a lot of great games and there are some i should still play. some of them include:

I am also planning on watching 2 movies. i know they both are pretty old

 I've never seen it                       it's one of my favorites.

Yes, finally my laptop is back from repair form circuit city. if you have been keeping up with my blogs (yes the two of you) than you know that i was suppose to get it back on thursday, but today is Sunday. they had my computer for eleven days when it was supposed to take only eight.

Circuit city really let me down, they're service was horrible. I called for my laptop but they would not pick up, hang up on me, or leave me on hold and never come back. I went to the store like six times. They always had an excuse. They charged me $120 and took forever to repair it.

           I got into a confrontation with the sales person today, I worked in retail as well and don't appreciate rude costomers but they were really pushing my patience. after som not so kind words i finally got my laptop two hours later. never use circuit city firedog for your computer repairs. 

Anyway my spring break is over and i head back to college tomorrow. I slept a lot and played alot of games. Which include but are not limited to:

I also just picked up some thing i was interested in for a while but just never bought. One of my favorite movies Jurassic Park the collectors edition on DVD. It was cheap and it is a great movie.

  I have never really been a big fan of megaman. For a long time i have been hearing the praise given to megaman II and megaman III. I have the megaman anniversary collection for ps2 and decided to find out why they are so great. I still have not yet found the answer.

They are way too dificult and just not that fun. this may sound like a cant take the heat but i don't quit on games when they get difficult, to me they are more fun. Not in this case though. I really don't like the level design or the fact that megaman can't shoot upward. He's not fast and is hard to manuever out of tight situations.

The first and only megaman game that i played before this was megaman X for the SNES.

that was a great game. it was nothing like megaman 2 or 3. megaman was cooler looking, was faster, could charge up his blaster, etc. I lost my cartridge but am in the process of looking for it. Just someone tell me why people thinh megaman II or III is so great. why are they considered the cream of the megaman crop when megaman X was so much better?

Man the weather is really weird in NYC this year. yesterday it was 70 degrees and a really nice summer like day. today is 69 degrees but a little cooler. The sun is not shining anymore and it will snow 3-6 inches tomorrow. It is just crazy.

Other than that, my laptop still isn't repaired from circuit city. they needed to reinstall the operating system and still arent done. It has been nine days since this all started. I gave the firedog worker a piece of my mind today and he says it will be done tonight or gurantee it will be done by tomorrow morning.

 All i can say is that circuit city is not the place to go to get computer repairs. They're service is not worth it and they charge a crazy amount of money to do the job.

Gaming wise I am playing mgs 3 subsistence. I beat snake eater twice but i just want to complete subsistence. I am also still playng my nes and snes games. been playing alot of super mario bros 3 lately.

         I really need to jump into the next gen but i am waiting for either a ps3 price cut or the new 360 with a bigger hard drive. I am still torn between the two. as for the wii i was really interested in the virtual console but i rather just by the original cartridges anyway. I am really looking forward to see GTA IV and MGS 4. I think i might buy a ps3 for MGS 4. I bought a ps2 just for MGS 2. I don't know i just really enjoy metal gear games. It is my favorite gaming franchise.

I finally watched batman begins last night, It really is a great movie. anyone that has not watched it yet should check it out.

Also playing alot of Black on the xbox. I havent played xbox in a long time. Black is really a graphically impressive game.       

Only have five more days before i head back to college.     

My laptop has a virus and now it is being fixed at circuit city. they say it will take 4-5 days!! I had my English paper on it.

I havent been on gamespot for like 4 days now. I am writin from my friends computer.

I am going to have spring break in one more day. i plan on doing alot of gaming since i have been really busy. This is what I plan to do:

Beat MGS 3 Subsistence (eventhough i beat snake eater twice)

It's alot but i'll try to do it

Does any one have any solutions to repair scratches on cd's. I wanted to play megaman II from the anniversary collection for the ps2 but there are a couple of scratches that stop the game from loading past the ps2 screen. any solutions will be appreciated

  This is not the actual disk, it isn't half this bad

I'm actually dissapointed, its alot less exciting than it usually is. dunk contest was dissapointing the game is alright so far but it usually gets better at the second half.
