Let this be a reminder to anyone still moaning about the lucasarts takeover and dissolve: Disney has copius amounts of money to throw at this franchise. If we're lucky we'll see the late 90's lucasarts era refreshed.

@supa_badman It's been a very long time since a good fighter pilot game. Ace Combat and Hawx didn't do what Rogue Squadron did. I hope they do that.

@SgTFuzzy-18 They're trying. If they had all of the game demo's set up with some couches and free coffee I would spend more time downloading my steam library from the store.

@abcdefgabcdefgz I resented it after playing, really had a hate-on for the game because I suddenly realized my investment was essentially for nothing in the end. Couldn't resist the free trial to lvl 20 so that I could see how the world changed, that says something. Say what you will, WoW was a great game without the social aspect, and it caused a large shift in video game culture.

Not to mention, its profits probably funded the critically acclaimed, much beloved Diablo III...

@vongroove Better than micro-transactions and server costs for online games are ridiculous. Not much choice if someone wants to play this style of game. Remember that the more subscribers means a higher operating cost.

Also, retarded means underdeveloped/less advanced, which wouldn't apply here as more and more pay-to-play games become the trend. Plus it's offensive.

It blows my mind that people pay for gym memberships when there is so much naturally occurring exercise equipment, but I don't indirectly insult them. I want to. But, restraint.
