@Adenosine I wholeheartedly disagree. They may have made the original joke, but it became famous due to the sharing of teh internet, it's a meme, it's viral, and it's no longer theirs, it's part of the internet culture. Had they licensed it from the start, this would not have happened.
Internet jokes have no copyright on them. They have no real claim. Nyan cat is far from being theirs any more.
.. That's nice, for light gaming gone a little less lighter. But there's nothing groundbreaking about this, the Iris of today is the Nvidia of a decade ago.
This still means nothing to gamers as we have no use for integrated graphics.
"challenge AMD and Nvidia solutions"
HAAH.
Useful for Laptops, surely. No use for power gamers.
@cdog21 @tionmedon Seconded. What's the fucking difference?
Then again, Rockstar already got into quite a bit of trouble because of hot coffee, they probably won't push their luck again. Sure hope they do though.
Journalism is about covering stories in a truthful and most informative manner.
What you are doing, Ms.Katie, is filling the crowd with yesmen, and pointing fingers like a 5 years old, and then trying to compensate for it by "allowing" people to comment back.
And we all know you are only going to use the most trashy of comments instead of the reasonable responses, and if you are going to include one, you will make up some sort of evidence or logically fallacious argument against it, regardless of it's legitimacy.
But may I ask you this, Ms. Katie?
If people want to ban video games based on the Shooting that occured months ago and blame them for violence, then what about the theatre shooting in The Dark Knight Rises premiere?
No one bans that movie. Or any movie, unless it crosses a certain offensive line, which neither this movie nor the games in question did.
