It's not that Sarah Palin had words written on her hand. It's that she had words written on her hand while she made a crack about Obama using a teleprompter.

I think a teleprompter acts as far more of a crutch than a few words on a person's hand.

Yesterday, I decided to watch some news for about an hour, and I was fairly disappointed by what I was seeing.

There was a large discussion about Sarah Palin and how she wrote a few words on her hand. The whole time I was trying to figure out how that was relevent in any way to anything that was going on, why that should have mattered to anyone else, and what the big issue was revolving around.

Why does it matter if Sarah Palin wrote on her hand? Is that a crime? How is that any different or worse than using notes on paper or a teleprompter?

Then, later, I listened as there was yet another large discussion about President Obama and about how he pronounced the word corpsman incorrectly. The people made fun of him for that and tried to argue that it was somehow related to him not being intelligent and how it was empirical evidence that he had no idea what he was talking about.

Again, why should it matter that he pronounced the word incorrectly? Is he supposed to be some sort of flawless individual that is capable of avoiding all human error?

I do not know why even the most minor of things are constantly being broadcasted on national television. These "stupid" and nitpicking politics seem to be no more than unnecessary distractions from more important issues.

Well i thought the story in the first game was pretty meh, therefore i might like the story more. I am pretty hypef for those slightly improve mechanics. Do you have access to the review right now? Can you give me mroe info about the game?dakan45

They wrote a lot, and I wouldn't really know what to write about, although it does say that you play as a Bid Daddy Alpha and that you are chemically bound to a little sister - but that is probably common knowledge at this point.

The things that I hated about the original Mass Effect are no longer around in Mass Effect 2.

One thing I hated about the original was the exploration in the game, in that all of the planets were extremely similar, the stupid vehicle was annoying, gathering resources was not interesting at all, and the side quests were boring and pointless.

The second thing that I hated the most, I think, was that there was really no reason to use the overwhelming majority of your party members. If you were a Biotic, for example, there was no reason to take anyone other than Ashley and Tali, thus meaning there was also no reason to worry about equipment for other characters, and thus no reason to interact with them (Dragon Age: Origins also has this problem).

Anyways, the only thing that I hate about Mass Effect 2 is just that I cannot do anything about the anti-alaising. I tried forcing it through my video card, but I simply cannot get it to work. How frustrating.

PC Gamer gave BioShock 2 a 90% and labeled it as an Editor's Choice. They wrote, "Similar and slightly improved mechanics make this a worthy sequal, despite a sadly less-memorable story."

Although I thought the original BioShock was amazing, I for whatever reason simply could not get around to finishing it. There was something about it that eventually made it boring to me. Perhaps I found it repetitive, even though it really probably wasn't.

Anyways, it looks like the game is living up to its hype for the most part so far. Thoughts?

What is the oldest game that you currently own?

The oldest game that I have is Time Commando, although I used to have this game called Bad Dudes a few months ago.

Write about the fast food restaurant that you would consider your favorite and explain why. You may also write about why you hate fast food, if you do, or why you may simply have no favorite. Some examples are Burger King, Checkers, KFC, Long John Silvers, McDonald's, Popeye's, Subway, Quiznos, Taco Bell and Wendy's.

My favorite fast food restaurant would have to be Subway. There simply seems to be very little that is better than honey oat bread with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise for $5.25. In second place would probably be Long John Silvers.

If you were reading a magazine and it were to say, "The following are the 10 greatest games of all time, in terms of how exceptional they are and the impact they had on gaming as a whole," would you agree?

  1. Baldur's Gate
  2. Diablo
  3. Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
  4. Goldeneye 007
  5. Half-Life
  6. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
  7. Planescape: Torment
  8. StarCraft
  9. Super Mario 64
  10. World of Warcraft

If you do not agree with the above list, please write about which games you believe should be labeled as the top 10 of all time.

You can choose one later at any time. You dont have to limit your choice either only when you level. You can spend your "specialization point" as soon as you get a spec you are interested in.

I dont think you'll be underpowered at all by waiting. I did the same thing till i got the warrior's Reaver and Berserker specs much later on.

Mr_Versipellis

Yay! Thanks. BTW, is Blood Magic neccessarily evil? Because if not, it might be the sort of thing my chracter would consider looking into.

Without spoiling anything for you, I want to let you know that you need to be very careful when you make decisions in the game. There are some specializations that simply cannot be learned if you choose to do something a certain way.

Speaking of Shapeshifting, I never really saw the point of that specialization. For Morrigan, anyway, it seems that she is more useful when she is controlling the enemy by freezing them and sleeping them and such, then if she were to turn into a bear and attack something.

There is a mod that I found, in addition, that allows you to completely respec all of your characters. It is basically cheating, however, especially since it doesn't cost any gold or anything, so I would not recommend downloading it until you have beaten the game at least once.

http://social.bioware.com/project/469/

I have noticed that BioWare has never allowed any characters to respec in any of their games. In the end, that seems like a good idea since otherwise would eliminate much of the RP element, and players would be more likely to just choose what they would consider the best instead of the most fun.
