To the OP. Listen to Reaper. Throat sliting is lvl3 knife, lvl1 CQC. As to kneel on someone. You need to push the left analog to the right or left while holding the person in a grab. as you toss them to the side release R1 then hit R1 again. The timing is hard, and i'm not sure on the CQC level on that also.
I have that TV. You may have to go into the HDMI part on your PS3 menu. then select 1080P. Maybe you didn't have it selected from when you had you old Tv. Since the PS3 memory stays the same, you may just have to highlight 1080p as an option for what your TV can do.

Thats a good question. I'm not sure if the stand alone guitars come with the box. I believe the "box" is a hub and you can connect more than one guitar to it, but i'm not positve.
