The question of the day is, how many units will it sell?Heil68

Id say around 4 mill in the first 2 months and then it will gradually sell for a total of around 7-8 mill.

MGS3/Substance sold 50% less combined than what MGS2 sold by itself not include Substance. That is all you need to know as far as where the sales are going for the series.RonnieLottinSF

Does noone read my post?

the Stealth-Action (irony of the name)genre isn't exactly a giant seller....and as seen in your own facts the longer the series goes on the less prominent it is in sales...

UnknownSniper65

Actually the sales are directly related to the hype.

I think he got it from gamestop. And he lives in New York, Im in Florida. I plan to visit him soon and then am gonna take it then. I hid my disappointment away from him to not sound like a jackass and havent really told him I want it returned on anything(though I do think he knows I want the ps3)

How would I go about asking him to return it for a ps3 without sounding like a complete ungreatful jackass?

Xire_XII

I live in Florida as well, East Orlando. Just figured I'd put that out there.

Well, I mean like someone suggested you could keep it and save up for a PS3 but it does sound like you want to make the trade because you are moreinterested in it's future lineup for this year. I would just explain to him that you found yourself not particularly "involved" with what's hot now and what you've been anxiouslyanticipating. Of course, like many people in this forum, this sounds like the excuse of "Just wait". Yet you know what you want and I'm sure your brother would understand that, in the end, a gift giving you what you really want is more satisfying (Putting aside the thought, which does count considerbly). Also explain that his gift, in it's current state, is still a great giftbut youwould like to use it's value towards a gift that you'd enjoy more.

I'm sure he'll understand.

Thanks, I live 20 mins from Orlando too lol

Anyways, I found out that the 360 came with forza 2 and marvel ultimate alliance. No extra controllers. I think its a gamestop purchase, can you confirm that?

And I checked around and it looks like they dont take back opened products(its opened)?

Honestly FF13 aint coming out until late 08 or early 09, you've got all that time to save up for a PS3. And really 360 right now has the most RPGs at the moment, you could get Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, right now and Lost Oddyssey coming out in febuary. Then theres Tales of Vesperia somewhere down the line in 08 and the possability of Star Ocean 4.

As for MGS4, get Gears of War instead you wont be disappointed. MGS4 probably aint coming out till late in the year aswell.

Dahaka-UK

I hate Gears of War. Overrate garbage IMO.
Also, another reason i dont want the 360 is because ALL my friends and cousins have one. If I ever want to play a 360 exclusive, I just need to go to their house. None of them have a ps3 so theres no way to plays ps3 exclusives like MGS4:(

[QUOTE="Xire_XII"][QUOTE="Uzumaki_Naruto5"]Anyone know about return policies? Im not trying to piss anyone off or anything but I need to see if its possible to return the 360?Xire_XII

If you have the receipt, you should be able to return it depending on the store and when it was purchased. Usually most stores have a two week policy.

Damn, I think its already been 2 weeks:(

Like I said, most. What store did he get it from? I can try and help find the return policy, though it should be said on the receipt.
