[QUOTE="Uzumaki_Naruto5"] I think he got it from gamestop. And he lives in New York, Im in Florida. I plan to visit him soon and then am gonna take it then. I hid my disappointment away from him to not sound like a jackass and havent really told him I want it returned on anything(though I do think he knows I want the ps3)
How would I go about asking him to return it for a ps3 without sounding like a complete ungreatful jackass?

I live in Florida as well, East Orlando. Just figured I'd put that out there. Well, I mean like someone suggested you could keep it and save up for a PS3 but it does sound like you want to make the trade because you are moreinterested in it's future lineup for this year. I would just explain to him that you found yourself not particularly "involved" with what's hot now and what you've been anxiouslyanticipating. Of course, like many people in this forum, this sounds like the excuse of "Just wait". Yet you know what you want and I'm sure your brother would understand that, in the end, a gift giving you what you really want is more satisfying (Putting aside the thought, which does count considerbly). Also explain that his gift, in it's current state, is still a great giftbut youwould like to use it's value towards a gift that you'd enjoy more.
I'm sure he'll understand.
Thanks, I live 20 mins from Orlando too lol
Anyways, I found out that the 360 came with forza 2 and marvel ultimate alliance. No extra controllers. I think its a gamestop purchase, can you confirm that?
And I checked around and it looks like they dont take back opened products(its opened)?
