"We have a bicubic-upsample and detail texture option for the next PC patch that will help alleviate the blurry textures in Rage."

Edit: Bah, Anti.

None. Dead Rising 2 would easily win if it didn't have the stupid game timer design. Dead Island would win if it wasn't so buggy and didn't suffer from a general lack of polish.

I say get Dead Risng 2, cheaper now. Wait 6 months for patches then get Dead Island if you want more.

I'd bet good money this will be a very 'less full featured' JA, i.e. much less depth, much less inventory items, much less dialoge, shallow, etc. This game looks to follow the dumbed down path of current gameplay designs.

But I can still hope and wil not judge till I see it.....

I usually dont play though games more than once, so want to get the most out of the game. Which person has the most interesting and varied abilities or most fun?

Meh. After some research, I'm not buying either till they are way cheap.

I will not support broken or halfassed features for full price.

Mostly true, PC gaming is dead. All we mostly get are console games on our PC. DNF, RAGE, Dead Island, etc.

I'm banking on this game being good on PC. Don't need another RAGE or Dead Island piece of crap.

I would think Rage would get kind of boring due to it very much being similar to Boarderlands.

What game is more impressive for PC? Both seem to have horrible consolitus issues.

Sounds like DI might be the better game overall but with no demo on either and no semi final patches for either yet its hard to tell...

Or wait for a $15 sale...?
