Wanderer5 Blog

Finally gotten into the Devil May Cry series.

I knew what the DMC games were about (mostly DMC 3), but I never gotten into them until now. I went to fryz today to just look at stuff and maybe buy something with my gift card. There I saw the 5th anniversary collection of DMC, which has the first three games, and finallyI decided to get it.

As of now I am playing the first one, and it pretty good so far. I like the scene where Trish comes into Dante's place with that motocycle, and Dante is like, woah slow down baby. I guess Trish was dying to see Dante. Anyway I am still in the first mission, where I just died.>_< I heard this game was hard, and I can see that lol, but this game looks like it going to be very fun, and interesting.

I not sure when I am going to play the others. I might just played DMC2 soon, and just get it over with, since I heard it wasn't good. I might play DMC3 soon too, but I just want to play more of DMC before going to the others.

I am now 18 and Titantic: The Legend goes on...

Okay so now I am 18 lol. Kinda had a quiet birthday, but I still enjoy it. Since there nothing much to say about it (beside going to get L4D, once mom finds it >_>), I am going to talk about this movie I learn, which is one of the worst movies I ever seen. Titantic: The Legend Goes On... is a animation movie created by a Italian guy, and it really horrible. Lets just say it the Titantic (movie) with stupid things like talking mexician rats, and a rapping dog, yes a rapping dog. Also the animation sucks as many of the scenes are repeated, and its looks choppy at times. I am not going to go on but this is probably the first titantic movie, that will make the ones that died in the titantic cry. You should see the nostalgia critic's review on it. It is really funny:

(there are two parts, and the videos contain some languages)

Birthday coming in a couple of days and Klonoa.

Well on Tuesday, I am going to turn 18.:D I am really excited for it, but since I have my TV production class after school on that day, my family celebrated today.I was able to get Klonoa for the Wii, which actually came a week earlier (it was supposed to come this week). I going to be playing it soon, so I give my first impressions soon. I also got a $75 gift card to Fryz, so I will hold on to that for maybe a upcoming game.

Okay I played the first level of Klonoa, and it pretty impressive. It seems like a simple yet fun old school platformer. It also has good graphics. I hate the english voices through, but like a lot of the fans, I just went to phantomile voices, which the characters make these noises, instead of talking. They are much better, but I can see reviewers docking down the sound part. Those english voices are bad, but they aren't the worse I heard.

Battlefield Heroes.

Well it seems that 75,000 beta keys were released recently for Battlefield Heroes, and I got one of them.:D This is the second Battlefield game I played, the first being Battlefield 1942 which I enjoyed. To me it like a pixar version of BF 1942, but I love it, as it looks good. Despite being third person, it is still loads of fun, so I am enjoying it a lot. My only complaint so far, is that the vehicles has somewhat iffy controls.

I have two characters. One is Wanderer5 who is a soldier in the Royal Army (which is pretty much the USA/UK army), and the other is Breaker5 who is a Commando (the quick, stealth group) in the The National Army (which is pretty much the German army). I am doing a good job with Wanderer5, but I need to get used to with Breaker5. The full game should be coming soon, which it will be a free online game.:) Here the site if you are interested.

Braid PC demo.

Braid look like a great game, so I decided to try the PC demo on Steam, and I was blown away. It was awesome. The best way to describe this game, is Super Mario Bros with puzzles and rewind time system. Yes you can rewind time. It going to help a lot with many puzzles in this game, and from the demo a lot of the puzzles are clever. Plus this game looks very beautiful and has nice music. It even has something from the mario series, like the famous line in the first SMB game lol.Overal lthe full game could be one of the best downloadable games on any system. I probably going to get this game on steam.

No on Shadow of the Colossus movie.

It seems that there going to be a SotC movie and the screenwriter of Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li and Doom is going to help create it.

Oh god no, they need to be stop. They are so going to ruin SotC. How the heck can it be a movie? SotC should be left as a video game. And it sounds like Chun-Li and Doom weren't great, so I don't trust the guy also. Please Sony, stop them before it too late.

My second boxart is now on Deviant Art.

Okay guys, my second boxart that I created on Photoshop is now on Deviant Art. Sadly it not Valkyrie Profile DS. I have a couple of problems on that one, so I going to delay that one. This one I actually work on around a month ago, but I didn't have a clean looking picture in the background, but I just found it today, and I just finish the boxart.:)

So here it is. It my Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days boxart.

Enjoy.:)

Should have use this as a april fools joke lol. Happy april fools day everyone.

Three years...

Now my account is officially three years old.:D Wow that pretty long lol.:P And I really change through these years. I used to be more fanboyish then now. Anyway well I probably going to create a banner or blog pic for this moment.

Tomorrow...

I just realized something, which I nearly forgot about. 3/23 is the day I join Gamespot. So tomorrow my account is going to be three years old.:o

Man I am starting to feel a little old lol.:P I also notice that I am now a level 46.

Yuusha 30 demo.

Well today I found a site through the forums for Playstation.com that had many PSP demos. There were a lot of unofficial ones which were mostly foreign, through I wasn't interested in just about any of them (wish they had a demo of Dissidia lol).:PBut I saw a (Japanese)demo for Yuusha 30, which I saw some scans of it. So I decide to try it, and hope it wasn't heavy text. What I just played was a really odd game. It seems the game is full of RPG-type minigames or something like that, but you only have 30 seconds each of them. For example in the demo, I needed to level up a few times, then go to this castle and defeat a boss... and I need to do all this in 30 seconds. It was weird, and it looks like a interesting game, but NA won't probably get the game.

Here a video of it:
