Ain't a contest anymore. Clinton will be the next president. Trump just killed himself by reversing his immigration position. That issue is the one his base cared the most about. And it won't matter if he reverses again cuz people ain't gonna trust him now. It's a done deal. Just like when McCain killed his campaign by running back to Washington to bailout fatcat bankers Trump just did the same.

All 3 of my consoles (X360, X1, and PS4) always peg out my connection, which is 15 mb. Fastest available in my area is 50 mb but the price of that is ridiculous imo.
Thing is no matter what they do MS will counter by upping Scorpio that much more. After X1 I think they're determined to be the stronger box this time around.
If microsoft was so determined why is the xb1 s still weaker than the ps4? Why are waiting a full year to put out the scoprio and let not only the ps4 but the neo dominate for entire year of having 2 consoles more powerful than all their offerings by the time scorpio rolls out your 1 year behind already in sales.
Yeah, was editing. But anyway, your first sentence doesn't make much sense. Everybody knows why X1 ended up weaker than PS4. Because they were totally dedicated to 8 gigs of RAM and they thought 8 gigs of GDDR5 wouldn't be doable in time and because it's a Mattrick console, the most incompetent head their gaming division has ever had by a mile. I'm sure they knew prior to PS4's reveal that it had a GPU advantage but apparently they didn't think that mattered considering the 4 gig RAM advantage they'd thought they'd have. That would have changed things quite a but if it had happened but it didn't. And just like is the case now with Neo by the time they knew for sure they had no advantage anywhere it was too late to redo the hardware.

And it's exactly what I thought would happen after I heard about Neo. Sony had this gen in the bag but these new machines make it interesting again. I still think Neo will outsell Scorpio because it will have a head start and because MS doesn't do enough exclusives but with the power advantage it shouldn't be 2 to 1 like it was with the original machines.
MS gonna lose so much money with the Scorpio just like OG Xbox. Can't wait for SOWNY to put them out of business.
Oh please. You should consider Sony being out of business before MS can be out of business. Heck they just bought LinkedIn for $26 Billion.
I find the value of web sites/services to be a very bizarre thing. Billions of dollars for something that isn't a tangible thing, for something that can disappear if a wire is pulled. Billions! Just weird.
@Thunderdrone:
After Neo and Scorpio, I wouldn't expect more consoles from Sony and Microsoft until Holiday 2020.
I highly doubt we're going to have regular console iterations like smart phones.
If you don't want to upgrade to Neo or Scorpio, you don't have to. OG PS4 and Xbox One will be supported for a long time, especially OG PS4. There's 43 million of them out there, worldwide.
Probably will take another significant process shrink before it happens ... like maybe when the industry gets to 7nm or so. I don't know how much smaller transistors can get though. I know were already very close to the ceiling, something about quantum tunneling and not knowing where the electron is or some such thing.

Scorpio won't be as bleeding edge in 2017 as the OG XBOX was in 2001, or even as much as Xbox 360 was in 2005. They were both equivalent to very high-end PCs at launch, Scorpio will be like mid range at best when it comes out late next year.
Pretty darned cutting edge as far as an APU design is though. Is there any APU on the market that is that powerful?
