4K is a pipe dream for AAA games on consoles. The upgrade would have to be HUGE, making the machines $1,000 or more. Getting them up to around the 3 tflop range would still be well short of 4K territory but they'd be able to hit 1080p/60 far more often and that'd be plenty good enough imo. I don't see it happening though. This sort of thing would splinter/confuse the market bigtime.

@Wickerman777: When you say "nothing can be done" does this mean that you contacted customer support?
No, I didn't do that. If I have to do that the game ain't worth playing.
Ya gotta keep in mind that DF does what it does with software. Not talking about this game in particular but there are plenty of framerate drops that they report that users will never notice.
And lots of those were put on there the first day. Like they had actually even played it yet. Just dumb trolls being dumb trolls.
Hmm, apparently nothing can be done. Because it relies on cloud saving I'm screwed. Deleted both my local and online saves cuz I was willing to start all over again from 0 cards and redo the campaigns and all of that but nothing doing. Deleting the online save accomplishes nothing because it doesn't actually delete it. I deleted the thing around 3X yet every time I launch the game the corrupted cloud save is autoloaded again. So now my only way to earn coins is by playing the solo battles which is pretty much impossible cuz I don't have shit for cards to work with cuz the stupid server deleted a bunch of them from my collection. Or buy them but I'd have to be nuts to do that after the game just showed me it can and will delete cards from my collection at any time of its choosing. Screw this game.
Anybody play this game on X1? I went through all the campaigns and then created a deck and tried playing some solo battles and the game went nuts. It started saying I had 10s of thousands of certain cards and then instead of those outrageous numbers it said I had 0 of them instead. So cards I had unlocked from playing through the campaigns are now locked again. And all the while this was happening it kept saying this silliness about my local save and cloud save not matching and yadda yadda yadda. In the end it apparently decided to just delete many of my earned cards from my collection. I'm not even sure what all I lost but I know of several at least. What a buggy mess! And hell, I'm playing months after the game launched. Absolutely no way I'd actually pay to unlock cards for this game when I know nonsense like this can happen. It's pretty damned hard for me to win any of these solo battles cuz I lost so many of the cards I earned playing the campaigns that I don't have dick to work with. And no point in replaying the campaigns cuz they don't give coins anymore. Damn, was enjoying this but looks like I'm done with it.
Oh, but there are droves of Playstation fans that swear that 3-4 hours with an internal battery that can't be removed is vastly superior to 1 week on AA batteries that can be removed.
I find that those who share that kind of view tend to be a little insecure about themselves. You'd rather be seen as some edgy metal fan who puts on a facade of toughness than a guy who enjoys games on a down to earth level.
That, or you're just a lazy troll. *shrugs*
Umm, not really, There's nobody around when I'm playing so who would I be trying to impress? Nintendo's games just don't do it for me. It's not just that the themes are ALWAYS incredibly cutesy (Seriously, mix it up a little!), I can deal with that once in a while. But the gameplay is not as OMG as y'all make out.
The fact you have to posture yourself as better than others for liking kiddie things suggests quite heavily that you do in fact feel insecure about your maturity.
Yeah, OK:)
WHo the eff cares about the campaign, I haven't even played that yet. I jumped straight into the multiplayer. Is it really that big of a deal? jesus i get video games to sit back and shoot people or zombies after work. Not to weep over the story. Go watch a movie if you care so much about story lines
Its so hard to believe people shell out 60 for a single player only games. I have never gotten a game without multiplayer and if I have, ive only spent 10 max on it.
Watch the goddam cut scenes on youtube if youre getting a game for its story only
Well congratulations, it's people like you that have inherited the Halo franchise. 343 has decided that guys like you matter and guys like me don't. Personally I haven't played the multiplayer in a Halo game since the first one. But I've played the campaigns of all of them except for 5. I could get into competitive multiplayer when I was young but when I got older it became about as interesting to me as disco dancing is. And well, I ain't into disco dancing.
Maybe you've only tried solo disco dancing. Try multiplayer, its a blast
Nah, I don't like it. It forces you to game with other people and I totally despise 99.99999% of humanity so it ain't for me.
