WHo the eff cares about the campaign, I haven't even played that yet. I jumped straight into the multiplayer. Is it really that big of a deal? jesus i get video games to sit back and shoot people or zombies after work. Not to weep over the story. Go watch a movie if you care so much about story lines

Its so hard to believe people shell out 60 for a single player only games. I have never gotten a game without multiplayer and if I have, ive only spent 10 max on it.

Watch the goddam cut scenes on youtube if youre getting a game for its story only

Well congratulations, it's people like you that have inherited the Halo franchise. 343 has decided that guys like you matter and guys like me don't. Personally I haven't played the multiplayer in a Halo game since the first one. But I've played the campaigns of all of them except for 5. I could get into competitive multiplayer when I was young but when I got older it became about as interesting to me as disco dancing is. And well, I ain't into disco dancing.

Honestly, Bayonetta 2 is only significant to an extreme minority. Wii U's relevance is in games like Super Smash Bros for Wii U, Mario Kart 8 and Super Mario 3D World. Games enjoyed in mass by Nintendo fans as opposed to a niche series enjoyed by a select few.

If I were into watching cartoons on Saturday mornings I might be into those games. I'm not so I'm not. :)

I find that those who share that kind of view tend to be a little insecure about themselves. You'd rather be seen as some edgy metal fan who puts on a facade of toughness than a guy who enjoys games on a down to earth level.

That, or you're just a lazy troll. *shrugs*

Umm, not really, There's nobody around when I'm playing so who would I be trying to impress? Nintendo's games just don't do it for me. It's not just that the themes are ALWAYS incredibly cutesy (Seriously, mix it up a little!), I can deal with that once in a while. But the gameplay is not as OMG as y'all make out.

It's the only game on WiiU I care about it.

I don't have PS3 or Vita and I've already got and have played both seasons of Walking Dead on 360 so I find it pretty meh. Preferred last month cuz Super Meat Boy was a game I'd been wanting.

I mean, the Wii might have sold more last Gen but the 360 was the dominant system. It was the lead platform for most of the gen and they pretty much set the tone for the entire generation and basically made all the innovations that made the ps3 and ps4 suck less. Achievements, party chat, strong support of Indie games, set the standard for console multiplayer games, dlc and patches, a more versatile platform for all media and streaming services. I mean, people like to downplay the 360 but it is probably the most important console since the NES. It basically shaped last gen and this one. Even the ps2 didn't have as big of an impact on the industry despite being more popular worldwide.

"the 360 but it is probably the most important console since the NES"

You jest but what he said isn't as silly as what you're making out. They're the ones that made a big thing out of consoles being online, they're the ones that really got DLC moving (Remember early on that some companies wanted to give it away and MS forbade it cuz they wanted payed DLC to become a trend, not free DLC), they're the ones that started loading their console with a kzillion apps that had nothing to do with gaming, they're the ones that dreamed up achievements and now ya see similar stuff all over the place, etc. For better or worse the 360 changed gaming pretty substantially.

That claim has seemed silly to me. Just another year imo.

Halo 5 is the worst game in the series so far

NO. I don´t know how many Halo games have you played but H5 is far from being the worst.

Are you talking about the campaign or overall? Because as a long time Halo campaign fan and a lore junkie, the campaign is by far the weakest, especially story wise.

You don't agree?

Halo campaigns never seemed weak to me. Short but not weak. But then again I never played them cooperatively. Not the first time through anyway. Doing so removes all the challenge and ruins them. Under those circumstances I could see someone saying they're weak. But it's their own fault for ruining it, not the game's.

Haven't played it but from what I've seen coop is no longer just an extra feature as far as the campaign goes. The campaign is now designed for coop altogether and that puts me off.

I doubt it. Bc is one of those things that everyone bitches about when it's absent and nobody cares about when it's present.
