Going back to what I was saying about PSN's speed at least the game code I got for Uncharted collection is downloading at a decent speed. The system update downloaded at a snail's pace.
Only you use the term "CPU bound" cuz there's something very wrong with your brain.

This game was poorly optimized on PS4 every one with a brain and some basic knowledge about over clocking knows 150mhz is shit and will not produce a gap of 4 o 6 frames even less when the GPU in question is weaker.

Until CDR says what they tweaked we don't know what the problem was. What is known for sure is that the game was performing better on PCs that had 7850s in them than it was PS4.
I posted about the patch a couple of days ago but apparently anything not posted in system wars instantly dies.
I bought the PS4 and I'm doing a system update on it right now and my first impression of it is: holy shit, PSN is slow!!! It's saying it's gonna take me 40 minutes to complete a 250 meg download. My connection can download that in like 3 minutes. I haven't gotten around to setting up a profile yet and downloading the Nathan Drake collection that came with it. But if that downloads as slow as this update I am gonna be pissed.
They're not even remastered versions of the games like the MC Collection is. Just higher res and 60 fps...big deal. It's a sad excuse, and I sit here wonder why anyone would even own a PS4 right now. PS4 fans must be real thirsty but hey at least they have the second best versions of multiplat games.
That's because a good amount of people who bought a PS4 never owned a PS3. People keep forgetting the fact that a lot of 360 owners jumped ship this generation.
So true. And it's all thanks to MS DRM disaster 2013. The 360 fans were really embarrass at that just to teach MS that they lost a lot of fans.
People keep taking for granted how much damage the XB1 reveal blunder cost Microsoft.
Its now come to the point where even the head of Xbox admitted that they probably won't win this generation because of past mistakes.
I think they could have made a comeback if the hardware in X1 was at least as good as PS4's or better.
