First, I want to clarify that this comes from an owner of only the PS2 and PSX in the last 3 generations, including this new one. I couldn't care less about your "fakeboy" or "sure you are" (about what I own) comments, so save them to yourself.
Now, I'd like to talk about what the heck is wrong with support for multiplats. Check out TMNT: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/tmntthemovie/index.html?q=teenage%20mutant Definitely not the most hyped game, but not a "neglected" game either. Now look at its Vital Stats (from the PC version):

This saddens me because I have no real idea why it happens (although I imagine it might have something to do with the difficulty of developing games for the PS3), and I'm afraid it will (have?) happend for more games. Heck, Oblivion isn't the most related comparison, but it still is pretty close (considering it didn't even release on the launch day, which was months after the initial release of Oblivion).
It's an infinite loop. Sony fan say a true positive thing about the PSP's scores (games), you get "scores don't matter, only sales". Sony fan say a true positive thing about the PS3's capabilities, you get "capabilities don't matter, only games".
you cant even compare the amount of people who have overheating issues with the ps3 with the ones who get the 3 red lights with 360. i had to work on christmas day and little kids callin in with there 360 not working and gettin 3 red lights right out of the box. worthless machine
