I haven't see too much of his work. I watched the first season of 24 a couple of months ago and i can see him pulling it off quite well. he doesn't have to tweek his voice too much to get what Hayter does.

For me its because 343 played it safe and made a simple shooter. I love the game but i cant play it for long because its not exciting like halo used to be. All the new guns were just skin changes. Halo need to be a little more scifi.
