Follow-up

Just a small note: I was talking about the thing in the beginning of the episode where Meredith is talking to Derek in the O.R. and her hand is in the middle of the air. I didn't say that because I didn't want to give it away. Level 23 (84%) I might just make it to Level 24 next week. I don't like how everything doesn't fit in yhr top bar anymore. I say get rid of the "TV" in front "TV Listings" and the little "New" Icon. I'd like to know how many submissions are in my queue before I go there even though it's not absolutely necessary. I'm sorry. I promised relevant interesting blogs and I haven't been delivering. I promise the next one will have some stuff in it. Bye. :)

George's dream...

Of course it was his dream. I didn't see that whole allusion to the end of the episode until that's in the teaser until the second time I watched. I had set my vcr to record and then I had to pull something out of the stove. Wow. Well it was a great episode. It had a lot of explosive stuff in it but that doesn't mean it's necessarily better than some of the other episodes. I'll be writing a review if I can muster up the time. Grey's Anatomy is number 2 on the Most Popular chart today. That's not a surprise. Skyrocketing to the top with a post-Super Bowl episode is one thing. Beating Lost around here is another. I'll be writing a better blog if I get the time. Level 23 (65%)

I actually finished upadating the duplicate guides thread!

Took me a month. Yeah! Done! But that will probably end in about 15 minutes. Someone will post something and it will all be over. Well I won't be looking at the thread for the rest of the week. I have homework to catch up on. I'll be focused on Grey's Anatomy for the next week and a half. See ya around. :) Level 23 (59%)

Hi, I'll be here all weekend...

...working on the Duplicate Guides thread. Almost done. Check around here in the future. I'll actually be putting up interesting articles and stuff. And maybe finishing the Twelve Days of Christmas (late I know). Congratulate me! I got enough money to get Buffy: The Chosen Collection on DVD! I'm watching it as I type (and probably as you read). Fix the timestamps! One downside to the new forums: You can't change how many posts show up on one page without going into your preferences. Okay two downsides: You used to be able to change how many posts show up on one paage without going into your preferences. Other than that I think it's pretty cool. I also like the minor changes to my profile. I noticed the switched the level counter back to the previous style. ...If only they would fix the timestamps. Somehow I don't think it'd be that hard. Can't wait for the Grey's Anatomy 2-part Super Bowl Showdown of fantabulism! See you there. Can't wait till my queue gets flooded. I just cleared it for the third time today. I don't like the new setup over at nbc.com for The West Wing. You can't look at any episode except the current one because the links don't work. And now I can't get future airdates. I think the way they are handling John Spencer's death in relationship to the show could make for some good suspense. But if they make Bartlet/Sheen's character go all "Birnam Wood" again I'll be so pissed. Leo deserves a huge memorial. Battlestar Galactica wasn't the best episode last week. I haven't seen this week's yet (bless TiVo) but I'm betting it'll be better. Now I gotta go and work on TheOldBill's huge Duplicate Guide posts. You probably won't hear from me again until Tuesday. If anyone gets info about the new season of Weeds or if Showtime is picking up Arrested Development let me know. Level 23 (48%) Bye :D

That'll teach me to clear out my queue...

So I'm in the middle of clearing out my queue the long ardous FIFO way and of a sudden I'm Level 00 (0%). What's that all about? Anyway I still had things from the last week of last year in there. I made it up to the 13th of this month. There are about 20 submissions left. I know I slow but maybe the Globes snubbed the Housewives for making them move to Monday. I forgot they used to come on on Sunday. I didn't used to watch them. I should be Level 23 (34%) I think. I'll probably review my stats later and go through the music sections of my shows. Some people have caused some screw ups. I can't work on the Duplicate Guide thread because only Level 3+ users can do links. I'll be tinkering offline until the problem gets fixed. I bought Sports Night the Complete Collection on DVD for myself for Christmas. I watched it and loved it and I may watch it again this week. I saw some of the episodes before but once it went to cable I didn't get to follow it. I loved looking for that episode that segued from Spin City but was sad they didn't pull the "Hat Trick" from the other show. I also loved seeing West Wing actors in other roles. I almost think Teri Polo was better with the dark hair. I knew that the actors were in the show but I didn't know that when I originally saw it in the late 90s. Also because of my work with Tv.com I was able to catch the shoutout to the actual cast of the show. Many of the same people who worked on Sports Night moved to the West Wing. And I now remember why I miss Aaron Sorkin so much. I became a Dana Casey shipper but I let it go relectantly. I could have gone for another season or two but I was able to appreciate where they left off. And I love Huffman here and in DH. Check ya later. :)

Mid-Globe Recap

So the biggest upset so far is that Mary Louise Parker's performance in Weeds beat out 4, count em 4, Desperate Housewives to win Best Actress. But they made it all better by giving them Best TV Comedy or Musical Series. Also I'm proud and amused by Sandra Oh's win and acceptance speech. I'll be back later with more. New Level Display!?!

...Grey's Anatomy is one of the best shows of the year and I just passed the 1000 point mark for the show! I don't know if I like the new level display but I guess I'll get used to it. The Duplicate Guides thread is being moved on Tuesday. Talk to you later. Still working on the Duplicate Guides. Level 23 (30%) Bye. :)

New Season of Weeds!

I was worried that Weeds might not get renewed, it wasn't doing so well in terms of ratings, but just two days after the show and the two lead actresses got nominated for Golden Globes the show got renewed for a second season! This makes me so happy. For anyone who wants to check it out it comes on on Showtime and thanks to trusted user mashby we have recaps for almost every episode! I look forward to another season of this show. The second season starts this summer. :D Level 23 (24%) 12:20pm
