I got a Level 22 (34%) right after I posted my last blog and I've got a Level 22 (44%) right now. I'd love to not go into detail about the mess that is my current situation but let's just say it's a revolving viscious circle of a nightmare.

Just not mine. More details in the next blog. Holy mother of I don't know what... Grey's Anatomy beat out Desperate Housewives on the top 100 chart today. And the last episode wasn't even that good! The West Wing made the top 20. Live or not the episode was not that good. But I get that's what publicity can do for ya. I squeemed every time a "candidate" stumbled on a word. But really... It beat out Medium, Rome, The Boondocks. Veronica Mars, and House? ::starstuck:: And how does Lost make it to number 1 every single day? TWW definetely didn't rock my world last night. But I understand that it was the premise not the actors. And how are you gonna have the only live episode of a series called The West Wing not have a single frame that takes place in The West Wing. I've seen better, i.e. "Debate Camp." and what kind of a name is "The Debate"? I mean I realize that once the decided to focus only on the debate and not to have a central theme to the episode (like in the first 5 seasons [yes I hater of all things JW said 5]) they didn't have far to go but come on. Lacking with the creativity much? I didn't particually love Grey's Anatomy last night but I did enjoy it. Especially the part where (spoiler warning for some) the Shepherds don't do it for each other but for themselves. Division is so easy to see in that relationship. It was doomed before anyone committed adultery. I saw Jarhead. Very... philosophical. A lot of points were touched upon that are being brought up in today's political/cultural atmosphere. I enjoyed it overall but it isn't a blockbuster and really wouldn't have a signnificant audience if people didn't think it was about this Gulf War. Also saw The Weather Man came across in the usual form of movie/indie philosphy. There was a power outage but the generator kicked in. Sadly, the audio was lost during 3 occasions (otherwise known as pivotal moments in the story) during the last half of the movie. Happilly, my friends and I got a refund. Anyway, gotta get on with my cooking. I'm learning and it's a long arduous process involving lots of chocolate, gumbo, and fruit. (Not mixed together though.) Next on the menu? Molten Chocolate Cakes.

I'm happy about making Level 22, too. :) And yet again that's about it. :(

Level up! and... that's about it for now.

I couldn't access the site yesterday. Not a single part of it. And I don't have my Level at all. It's blank. The system reads me like a Level Zero. I can't contribute. I don't have a Editor Queue and if that doesn't get fixed by 8pm EST there are going to be problems. Two of the shows I edit are airing new episodes tonight and the submissions users are going to make tonight and tomorrow (about 50 on average) are all going to go into the Big Queue of Doom. But the saddest part of all? I couldn't (and still cannot) participate in People Guides Submission Day. Although at this point the only thing I'd be vying for is a Delete This Blurb option and the ediotrship of an actor or two that I wanted to edit I still am sad that I couldn't be a part of something I orchastrated. :( I'd report on my Level but I cannot. :( Even my list of Favorite shows is gone! But at least I maintain editorship of my shows. So it looks like the site/system will be fine. It's just me being put out. :(

Don't Forget People Guides Submission Day! Saturday, October 29, 2005. Level 21 (74%) My profile is working again! :D (For those who didn't know I was having some issues last night. My profile shut down and I couldn't contribute because I didn't have a level and there were a lot of other problems. Everything is back to normal now.) Funniest thing happen to me earlier this week. A user sent me a list of shows that didn't show up when using the search engine and some episodes they wanted me to delete. I informed them that I did not have such powers, how to contact people who did, and how to find them. Has anyone else gotten the impression that I am a staff member or even a forum mod? I'll be celebrating some submission milestones later so look out. For anyone who doesn't know, I don't mind if you track me and I don't mind if you participate in People Guides Submission Day.
