I'm sad to see you leave, Blaze. It's unfortunate that our visions didn't match, but don't take anything personal. You have quickly gained my respect as an excellent officer.

I wish you the best in the future, and remember that you'll always be welcomed back if you decide to return. :)

The FIA was planning to modify the qualifying system; perhaps they can use some of Flav's suggestions.

Hmm.. I wonder if it was really on purpose. I hate it when such dirty tricks happen in F1. It would be a disgrace to confirm such an incident on a world champion.

The Q. session was fairly interetsing. Heidfield did an exceptionaly impressive performance. I wasn't surprised to see the Mclaren in the top 2; since they seem to have the edge in low-downforce circuits.

If it rains tomorow, all the cards will be shuffled again! (I hope it will!)

I am not trying to do anything except give the people what they want. i'm dissapointed in you aloushi simply for the the fact that you seem to think its okay to remove me from my post and let the others put up with it, i have worked hard to earn my respect into everyone's hearts, i do wish to continue being here, only on the condition that things change, i am fed-up of being in a one person run union. it just seems to me that you are judge jury and executioner and that is wrong.

I am going to ask the members of this union if they wish to have me back.

Dear members and officers of the F1PU, due recent circumstances i have been removed, and i wish to continue my services here, but i can only do so with your help, so i ask of you to say if i should or should belong here and why.

thank you.

kipi19

You have worked hard to gain the other members' respect? Kipi, yuo gained my respect by what you've done for the F1PU, however; I lost all respect to you after that online meeting. And if members were to witness that conversation, I'm sure they would've lost all respect to you as well.

You say that you "wish to continue your services here", well I remember that when I clearly asked you "Do you want to continue working with us?" your reply was that you cannot continue working under my leadership. Therefore, you were the one who brought it on himself. Do not say that I demoted you on my own. Of course, all the insults and bad language didn't help in keeping you as an officer either.

You were the one who burnt his seat at the F1PU administration, you cannot just play around by first stating that you do not want to contniue working with us then you come back and ask the F1PU crowd to vote for your return. You have absolutely no right to ask the dear F1PU people here to vote for your return or not, after what you've done and said.

DO NOT TRY TO PLAY WITH THEIR EMOTIONS FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT!

lool, you're right Redders; I think I should introduce myself since I'm the leader. :P

My name is Ali, and I'm currently 20 years old. I've been following F1 ever since 1998 - the great days of Hakkinen and Schuamcher. Hakkinen is one of my all time favorite drivers, and currently Kimi Raikkonen is my favorite driver; eventhough my favorite team is still the Mclaren Mercedes. Throughout those years, my passion for F1 grew bigger and bigger and I quickly became a big fan of this magnificant sport. I've always loved this sport and I'll always love it!

aloushi87 has since lost the leadership of the F1PU, effective as of February 28th, 2008.

Why do I have a pile of PM's telling me I've been kicked and I've also resigned? I'm confused, because this has happened on both F1 unions.. I'm totally lost now.cjek

Hmm.. I'm not sure about that, may be a GS bug or smth.
Anyway, I'll promote you again into an officer.

As part of this meeting, I am now rather stressed out after it, as it turned out the way I hoped that it wouldn't: we have lost 2 of our top officers here, and things have turned rather sour. In the heat of the discussion when things got out of hand, I stepped back because both Aloushi and Kipi had told me there was no problems; obviously this wasn't the case, but we shall not dwell on this, as all parties have now made their decisions.

As for my position, I will remain an active officer for both Unions, dedicating my time to each. At the end of the day, I shall not and will not be persuaded to either side, otherwise this would be out-of-character for me.

Both parties have made their statements clear to you, therefore you may choose who you feel more comfortable with. All I will say now is that Aloushi and Kipi will go their seperate ways, and plans will soon be made for both Unions.

I have said my piece, and whilst behind the scenes I may feel there will be more discussions for me, from now on I shall no more talk about this matter in public - I will continue to bring you news from the world of Formula 1, competitions to join in with, and my insight of what I know, which was, and will still be, my sole intention here.

Kindest Regards,
Redders.

Redders1989

Thanks again Redders, your effort in the meeting was very valuable.
Welcome again in our F1PU Administration. :)
