@andrew_ribbons: Security and privacy means a lot to some people. It’s just safer to not be part of the world’s largest AI network.
Oh...so then those people might want to start trading in their iPhones as of today then? Considering they've just had a massive spyware scandal uncovered? Gotcha.
This game is for the kids of the 2000s who grew up with it. They are all now mature in their mid 20s-mid 40s range. None of us want to play Halo Fortnight Mode. Leave that to the screaming brat kid bregade Epic Games has cultured. 343 have already ruled out BR officially. If this streamer won't play without it, then the community is far better of without him, sorry not sorry.
If younger players want to try a real shooter game, they're welcome to join!
Destiny started off very poorly, lost a lot of trust with it's terrible DLC packs that so many people had bought into, then recovered slightly with a fairly decent Year 2 expansion pack. The future is uncertain.
@Merex760: I'd rather one main big expansion per year, with micro-content updates throughout the rest of the year, than overpriced mini-DLC expansions and little to no other way of getting new content.
The year 1 DLCs were very under-developed, and proved that they cannot handle doing proper interim DLCs while also working on major content releases simultaneously. They just create terrible PR, nothing more.
