I bought a massive lineup of games which I actually intend to play but I keep coming back to Crusader Kings 2 which I bought just before the sale. Still, it's better than running out of games & paying full price for one which could be more than all the other sale games put together.

what happens when there are no games for your console? Just re-release the old ones!

Actually I know a lot of people who would have loved to play games like TLOU & Beyond: Two Souls but didn't want to fork out for a PS3 after they'd already jumped on the 360 train so this will definitely make some people happy & push a few PS4 sales.

I'm still happy with my PC exclusives though. After going from PS3 to PC nothing is enticing me to pick up a PS4 just yet.

Looking forward to this game but they should have taken a few hints from Let's Players. This guy was like listening to paint dry.

@Karmazyn I would assume it's the same engine. Civ V was great & it's graphical style worked well so I guess that's one less thing to spend time & money on.

Disappointing. It's hard to call yourself a Transformers fan when nothing good has been made in a couple of decades.

The Highmoon games were OK but not great. I'd love to play a game that goes back to the gen 1 visual style. It's no secret that the original cartoons were made to sell toys, but in doing so the nailed the concept of transforming robots. In robot form you could see the bits that made up a truck or ambulance or jet plane & you could look at them & imagine how they would transform into their vehicle form. Michael Bay movies with their thousands of moving parts completely lose that feeling of, "I want that toy!"

Another main feature of the original cartoons was that all the Autobots were civilian vehicles while the Decepticons were military tanks, jets & guns. The Autobots won, not through superior firepower but through bravery & valour. Not to mention the Decepticons were stepping over one another to gain leadership & power. These are concepts that children could grasp without it being spelt out to them too much but it was really the heart of the series.

I would love to see a game that understands the source material & embraces it.

I actually got into looking for reverse speech for a while when I was younger. There's some pretty crazy stuff if you listen to Stairway to Heaven backwards. The very end of the song says, "Play backwards, hear words sung."

I take it all with a grain of salt but it's a pretty interesting idea to think that our true intentions are getting out in reversed speech. It's like there's a hidden honesty within us that just hates lying. Of course if you look for it too hard, you'll find reversed speech in everything when most of it is really garbled nonsense. It doesn't take too long to figure out that "first" backwards sounds like "surf". Still an interesting concept though.

Something about it seems unimpressive. Maybe they need better visual effects, not the same freezing thing time after time, maybe they need some better sound effects. They need to make the combat feel a bit more visceral.

@Tiwill44 But there were parts where the player got to hit the shoot button, even though it made no difference. Pressing a button to advance the story is gameplay, right?
