Don't know if I can pinpoint one specific reason. I just know I'm in love with the place, it's so magical to me. Everything about it- the culture, the cities and country sides, the history and architecture, the way of life... I'm no expert on any of it but I just have the strongest feeling ever that I'm supposed to live there. Lately it's been super bad, I nag my bf constantly about it. He might just give me a one way ticket and tell me to hit the road cuz I'm so annoying.

Not yet, just found a youtube channel with lots of segments from her show and I watched all of them. I have a lot of recipes saved to try now but most of what I saw just wasn't my taste, which is fine. I can watch her all day. That's what I'm going to do- move to England and become my own Nigella. And be your friend! And we can eat "digestive biscuits" and watch the telly... I think. :P

Thank you, I just might. I'm not one for illegal immigration but it's quite tempting at this point. :P Those crackers look good. There are so many strange foods, or at least strange food names, in England. I watched literally every episode of Nigella (don't know if you ever watched her) that I could find and there's some strange stuff. Can't wait to move near you and discover it all. Use a bit less flour than what the recipe calls for. Our cookie recipe calls for 2 cups; I use 1 and a3/4 cup. Also, spooning the flour into the measuring cup also helps because you don't pack it in that way.
