o, ive been through all that. trust me, i know what problems they're talking about.i hav it set up correctly now.

on the evenviewer, does that clear after the shutdown? in other words, do i need to be watching for the error right when it crashes, or will i be able to see it after it boots back up. (it is CRASHING after all, as in,the computer turns OFF which limits the ability of using it whatsoever)
