I'm skeptical, because the graphics don't look too great and I'm just really not sure what to make of it. But I'm a big metalhead so I'm still interested it it. I'll wait and see how it's received when it releases.
I consider myself to have beaten a game when I finish it's main mode (usually single player story mode) for the first time. However there's a difference between beating a game and being done with a game. I usually put multiple playthroughs into my games and obviously play the online portions at least a little bit if they have any (that's worth playing)
I'm gonna do Heroic solo on my first playthrough and then Legendary probably in co-op, same as what I did for Halo 3. If I'm feeling really ambitious I might try to beat Legendary solo.
Oblivion for sure. Also, Dragon Age is coming in early November I believe. I'm not sure how good it will be, but it's made by BioWare, so it will probably be excellent.
I don't sell my games because I'm very possessive of them and consider myself a collector in addition to a hardcore gamer. I used to sell games when I was younger, and I regret it. I wound up re-buying quite a few of the games I have sold and still continue to do so. Though I have the PSN version of FF7, I regret ever selling my hard copy. That's probably the biggest loss I've had from being so stupid as to sell some of my favorite games of all time in order to get new games. I just bargain hunt for new games and get them for cheap, which makes up for the fact that I don't sell games to get money back for more games.
Just play Stranglehold. I played the WET demo and it felt like Stranglehold but a lot less fun. Stranglehold is short, but cheap and extremely fun while it lasts.

I'm not so sure if the Ps3 is special... I think it's just a copy of the game bundled with a standard PS3 slim, though I could be wrong.
Oh and as for things I really hope to see, the biggest thing on my list is an announcement of Kingdom Hearts 3! Which probably won't happen anytime soon but I'd like it to! Also, a release date for FFXIII in the US, maybe a special edition reveal of it? More info on vs XIII, and perhaps finally a subsistence-esque re-release of MGS4? Since each MGS has had one in the past, and I would definitely re-buy MGS4 for extra features like the ones on subsistence. Lastly, It would be awesome to see more PS2 games getting the 'God of War' treatment. FFX and X-2 international editions on 1 blu-ray, in 720p, with trophies, please?!?!
