Really exciting. I love these last few months, it's just one game convention after another! TGS is definitely a game convention I will attend one day. Can't wait until the 24th!

He did nothing wrong. When someone trespasses on your property late at night, you have to assume the worst about them, otherwise you could end up dead. He brought out lethal force, the guy still didn't back off, so he struck him and happened to kill him. Sure it would have been better if the guy hadn't died but it was the heat of the moment. The guy was guarding his stuff, and for as far as he knew, his life. What if the intruder was a psycho killer? There is no time to do anything in that situation but expect the worst.

I find myself playing more and more PS3 and less and less 360. Definitely worth having both, especially now that the PS3 is at a more affordable price point.

If you really think 60 is too much, be a better buyer. I haven't paid full price for a game in about a year, even brand new games. I shop online for the best deals and find in-store deals, sales, and clearances on forums like cheapassgamer.com. That site and amazon are the best places to find deals.

That sounds ridiculous, but being the Final fantasy fan that I am, I would be very willing to shell out that much for the game if I had to. If a limited edition is announced, I will probably get it. And I never get limited editions.

All I really play online is Halo. I used to play Gears, Gears 2 and CoD4 but I got sick of them. They're fun but they're not my favorite genre. The main reason I play them is because these days, on the 360 especially, the highest production and the best quality games are online shooters. I wish that wasn't so, but more and more devs are cashing in on the fact that they are very popular, and therefore profitable, games. This is why I miss the PS2 era. The PS2 was the best gaming console IMO because of the massive library of single player games that were driven by deep stories and immersive worlds, and Japanese RPGs were plentiful and high quality. It was the last generation where most games did not have an online function. Now, not too many JRPG's come out, and most of the ones that do aren't worth playing. Of course, the online era of gaming has brought many good features with it too, but I really don't like how too many games focus on multiplayer and online.

Meh, I felt that same way at first, but after a while I just gave in and preordered. I'm a big Halo fan. Halo 3 is the only game that has multiplayer that I haven't gotten sick of yet. I usually get tired of a game's multplayer for various reasons, either it gets too repetitive, or is too glitchy to deal with (I'm looking at you, Gears of War 2) but I never get (permanently) sick of Halo. Coupled with an open world campaign roughly the length of Halo 3's, firefight mode, and 3 new maps, I figured I'd drop the money down, even though it is unfair that Bungie is essentially charging us for maps we already own (I have every Halo3 map pack already). Plus I got a sweet deal on amazon: 15 dollars in videogames credit for preordering.

I played the demo and it was fun, but I'm not a huge racing junkie, and I'm already getting both Forza 3 and Gran Turismo 5, so I'm passing on this. I prefer extreme customization and a huge selection of cars on the level of Forza and GT to rally racing. Still, the demo was pretty fun I'll admit.

It's because of trophies. copying saves was never an issue before, but it's because of trophy support. Doesn't make sense to me, there are other ways to protect it so that people cannot illegitimately get trophies. This restriction is the main issue that is keeping me from trading in my PS3 for a PS3 slim.
