im sorry i understand the point of view for developers but $60 to play a game is wayyy more than enough look at movies brand new you pay $30 for a blu ray movie again wayyy more than enough. I have started counting my collection and have over 50 ps3 games most of them bought brand new thats 3k not counting my 30+ Xbox games nor Wii...
@spectreSE7EN you sir if are believed are a minority then cause people all around the WORLD have connection problems as well as money issues where they disconect the internet to save money for a month or two so that means no gaming either... the question that you must really ask yourself is WHY? there will be issues like always with any new implementation of a system requirement such as Always On. what is the payout for having something always online just let us connect when we want also can you imagine a HUGE company wide hack like the SONY issue now imagine every single Nextbox online gets hacked because they are ALL connected by always on that means no gaming at all.
Point blank if the console is always on I will buy anyways but I will trash talk the crap out of it because I for one have issues with Cox Cable all the time they suck on steady connection but offer 50 MBPS which I love on the other hand whenever connections goes out I just play single player till they fix it now this wont be an option.... They need to announce this damn system already cause I am already saving for PS4 and I need to save a little more to buy NextBox on day one
@Chrypt22 Its not a rumor a senior executive employee got fired because of this that doesnt mean they havent built a contingency plan for it not to be always online but believe me microsoft is hurting because of this
@Lexicar @yboucher man it is hard to find sane people nowadays thank you kindly sir...if only they would listen but they are probably playing golf with tiger instead of listening to the gaming community
