@DarkSaber2k actually the first ever successful Metal Gear Solid title was PS1 the other did ok but not even in the same universe as MGS, look at the sale figures and you will learn something the only people that played MG1 and MG2 where fans of MGS the sales for those version skyrocketed once MGS came out.
