I will probably pick it up this week; while I have seen enough of the Japanese version to get a sense of the gameplay, I would like to read some reviews. Anybody who gets theirs today, please share impressions!

The Company the NiBRiS was Co-Deving Sadness with Dropped out....

So now NiBRiS is not sure if they should Can it and focus on there other games in the works or Go it alone on Sadness.

Well:

Nibris, due to artistic differences, formally ended negotiations with Frontline on 17th March. However, they have already located themselves a new partner, the identity of which is currently unknown.

"We would like to apologize for rumors and doubts that might have arisen," the company informed us. "We want to assure, that Nibris ltd. makes great effort to make our projects completely innovative and meeting highest quality standards."

Note they have a website/blog for the Japanese version of this game as well. I linked to three game trailers for it over on the NIS and Atlus Union (which I'm sure could use an injection of new members by the way).

These 3 series of games seem rather similar to me. Which one is your favorite over all and why? Thanks!

To varying degrees and off the top of my head: SimCity DS, Animal Crossing Wild World, Electroplankton

I bought a DS and a PS2 fairly recently, and so far I have 19 DS games (plus a few GBA titles) and 16 PS2 games...by the end of the year I will probably have 25 - 30 of each. I might start buying some Xbox360 and Wii games this year as well (~10 - 15 per console), even though I probably won't pick up either console until next year...

I am excited, but judging from the lackluster reception for the two PSP predecessors I am not expecting great reviews. I might pick it up, but will not pre-order it.

Just out of curiosity, why is your avatar from Hotel Dusk?
