It'd actually be cheaper to buy a 64gb, and throw in a 64gb Microsd/SD, but oh...wait...no, they don't have a slot for that... my bad... Terrible, seriously. That in itself is partly why I don't support Apple products
In my opinion, if it is as low spec as that, they are really doing gamers and developers a diservice. Yes, its more powerful than this gen, but its not powerful compared to PC spec, and I feel with a 10 year lifespan, they should have been pretty damn good. Not saying developers won't be able to do something with the power, but its not what I expected
Thing is, doing this kind of thing is making sure quite a few hate them, for what is a mass market decision to buy and play games, which a lot of us do.
@SnakeEyesX80 As I've said many times before. Developers of console games (especially first party games), code for that console, and that console alone. They know after a couple of years where to push it. So I wouldn't be surprised if the first set of first party titles do a lot more than you have seen in a PC game. PC developers can't do all that much with the power in tow. Give a console the power of the latest graphics cards, and I can assure you, the graphics would be tonnes better if it was made to use the card 100%, unlike on a PC. A PC game could never do that.
@TheOnlyConan @CaptainBerserk That demo was running unefficently, to try and show what could be done. No way would they release a console with 4x cards in it. That demo isn't all THAT impressive graphically and could be done with one great card with better coding/shader implementation. It was litterally just thrown together
@X-7 The AMD CPU's aren't all that great, just like the X6 before it. Clock speed isn't all that is important. It's how much can be done in that space of time. Intel for example tends to do a lot more in clocks than an AMD chip of the same speed does. Clock speed essentially says nothing
