Square Enix already announced that it would be using Unreal Engine 4 (source: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2015-final-fantasy-15-episode-duscae-tech-analysis). Kingdom Hearts 3 is already in Unreal 4 too. They should know this.

I don't own neither 3DS or Vita, but Vita 2015 Games (according to GameSpot Top 5) is, IMO, a lot better than 3DS one.
