This is no surprise Minecraft is mentioned in the bible several times, once in Revelations as one of the heads of the beast :P that foretells the coming of Armageddon and then in Ezekiel 25:17 it says :-

And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to play Minecraft and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.bible

As others have said that site most likely a joke site. Even if it wasn't a joke site you just need to see some of the "opinions" those people have to know that no sane intelligent human being would pay them any attention anyway.

ill shave a kitten ionusX

Ohhhhhhhh shaved cat now there is something that could be erm misconstrued ;) . The software industry continues to baffle and amaze me, just look at this thread nearly every post is "please be homeworld 3" so there is clearly a fair bit of demand for it. Hell along with Homeworld 3 I would love a Homeworld 1 remake, ah to relive the journey to Hiigara again with todays technology.

Not sure, I never understood why PC game prices never went up to $60 so I don't have a problem with it.Legolas_Katarn

The reason PC games never went up to $60 is because the PC does not have a "royalty fee". When you buy a game for the xbox 360 or PS3 between $7 - $10 goes straight to Microsoft/Sony in the form of a royalty fee (there are also higher disc duplication costs on the consoles). The PC has no platform holder and therefore there is no royalty fee on the PC. That is why you have seen PC games at least $10 cheaper than console games.

Unfortunately a few companies such as Activision, EA and Ubisoft have decided that PC gamers should now pay the same price as console gamers inspite of the fact the PC does not incur the same costs as the console version. But that isn't the worst of it, the worst of it is that we have gamers actually thanking these companies for it.

I have no problem with paying $60 for a PC game as long as the console version is $70. In my view there are legitimate reasons why the PC version should be cheaper and trying to get me to pay a console price for a PC game is just a company trying to rip me off.

Did I miss the memo where the rest of the planet was utterly destroyed and the only country left buying/playing games is the US ?

Homeworld 3 would be just what the Doctor ordered for a bad case of consolitis :P . Unfortunately the way things go with the software industry these days it seems they are too busy giving us what they think we want, rather than listening to what we actually want. Still would be nice if THQ surprised me with a Homeworld 3 announcement.

They've scrapped that method in favour of a one time only internet required registration on install... I believe this method has been patched into current Ubisoft games...lucfonzy

There has been no "official" word from Ubisoft regarding what is happening with their DRM scheme. I don't have any Ubisoft titles myself but I believe some titles no longer need a continuous connection such as Assasins Creed 2 and Splinter Cell. However there are still some titles by Ubisoft that do require a continuous connection, I believe HAWX 2 is one of them (again I cannot confirm this since I do not own it).

Either way the situation is very unclear at the moment so in these circumstances and with the fact the box artwork states you need a continuous net connection I believe it is safer to err on the side of caution and assume that it will come with drm that needs a continuous internet connection.

Thanks for the info. Any word on the DRM btw?lordreaven

There has been no "official" word on what the DRM will be. However I think it is safe to assume it will use Ubisoft's persistant internet connection DRM. There is a curious picture of the box artwork that seems to confirm it will need a persistant internet connection :-

Apparently Assasins Creed Brotherhood is due out for the PC on the 22nd March. There is a new article on performance of the PC version here :-

I am not an expert on Gibbs save game editor, I just basically use it to avoid the god awful mining mini game. The only thing I can think that is wrong is are you starting a new game plus with the altered ME 2 save ? If you are altering the ME 1 choices on the fly during a ME 2 play through it won't work. You have to make the choices you want and then start a newgame + with those choices.

In other words the choices you made in ME 1 are "locked" into ME 2 right at the beginning. If you try and edit those choices half way through the game it won't work unless you start a new game plus with the altered save game file.

I would take these numbers with a huge lorry load of salt. It seems the organisation behind these numbers (a company called FADE) are an off shoot of VGchartz and we all know how accurate VGchartz can be  . As far as I am aware Valve never gives out sales or revenue data and as a private company they are not obliged too. So you have to wonder where FADE are getting their numbers, if I was to speculate they are just guessing and using fancy maths to make it seem like they are in the "know",
