@ryan0991 @Mr_Mark_Legion I disagree, Xbox fanboys tend to be flame baiters more than Sony fanboys anyday (at least from what I've seen), maybe it's the profanity-laced unhealthy environment of XBL (which MS encouraged to sell the platform) doing that or that I have not seen enough comments. All sides have some pretty messed up defenders, but each group has a sort of "flavour" to it, Nintendo fanboys seem to be apologists for its underpowered home consoles, Sony fanboys tend to focus on exclusives and Microsoft ones tend to hate on everyone else pulling stuff like multiplayer and controller dislike (the latter is something which third party vendors easily fix) or incoherent arguments more than the other 2 sides.
@Prats1993 You forget Naughty Dog created Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter, Uncharted is a cinematic action movie experience, what else were you expecting? Way to judge a game before it's even out!
The interesting thing about this game is that it may be one of the only multiplayer shooters to actually run across both old and new console generations while also including handhelds and PC. I wonder if the servers for each will communicate with each other it would be necessary to justify the cost but doubtful nonetheless - mouse and keyboard FTW! Worth seeing how this aspect develops.
Somehow Ubi has managed to actually sustain a yearly release cycle but seriously, give AC a rest, rushing things along did AC3 no favours and for a series of the quality of AC it really deserved a better grand finale to the original trilogy both in terms of what the game did and the impression it left on the media.
Given the quality of these left-over franchises maybe the buyers purposely allowed them to be in the "bargain bin" for this sell-off so they could get them for cheap. Could be a good thing if talented studios who otherwise would not be able to get them manage to snap these up.
I'd rather use those small close to the side dial buttons for start and select than share in all honesty, I don't really see how the touch pad would substitute for that (if that is where those buttons have gone - if anyone has spotted them please do let me know), hardware buttons FTW!
@SciFiCat @RT-XD And the "can it play crysis" conundrum has really hurt the sales of the series even when from warhead onwards the game can run great (forget fps counters, it uses many visual tricks to make 20fps feel like 40, feeling a lot smoother than many games actually running at 40fps) on a variety of configurations.
