@H4num4n @surferosh Once again, like you said, still rumors. They are saying the next xbox is using 64 bit architecture. when another source says they are using the x86 chip. If the x86 chip IS being used, then that whole source is completely misinformed as the x86 chip will not allow for BC.

@surferosh @Landsharkk @surferosh @Landsharkk I think they will keep Live roughly the same. Pay to play online, with maybe some additional features. As far as security; no company can offer a product with 100% security. If they say they do, they are full of shit. I also do not see them doing the same thing Sony does with PS+. Microsoft loves money way to much to want to give away free games. As far as features, like voice chat and stuff that you spoke of. That could be supported with or without a subscription. Like I said, Microsoft just loves money too much and they know they can get away with saying "Your money goes towards the Xbox Live experience." I'm sure some of the money does, but most of it, is just money in their pockets.

@kbzon312 @xolivierx Actually, very rarely, if any of the games published by Sony get pushed back. Pikmin is published and developed by Nintendo. Yes, some games on the PS3 get pushed back, but that's not Sony's fault, that's the third party publishers and developers. Same goes for Xbox, the titles they publish, usually release on time, Same goes for the ones developed by Microsoft Studios. Nintendo however, they are notorious for this. The guy even admits his games get delayed. It's not necessarily a bad thing, as it does give more time for polishing the game. Just don't do it with nearly every title or don't give a release date until you're 100% sure it's ready.

@Imperiacommando @Epicurus-Reborn If that were to happen, Halo will be on PC nothing else, since Microsoft has Windows.

@RiKanKiDD @clynch0527 you fan boys are cancer, just don't go away. At least I gave Nintendo some credit. They are after all a better company than Microsoft. Not saying much I know, since the sperm factory in my ball sack is a better company than Microsoft. But you have to admit, Nintendo is bad about about its release. Twilight Princess, Star Fox for the Wii. Hell, even Smash Bros on the Wii got pushed back. They hardly EVER release a title when they say they will. I'm not putting them down, but it just annoys me when you little fan boys want to think that Nintendo is the best company ever. They are not by any means. Just because they have been around for a long time, doesn't make them the best. Atari has been around a lot longer than them, but that doesn't make them that great. Actually, they filed bankruptcy because they couldn't keep up. The Jaguar, a failed attempt at competing with the Gensis and SNES. The only thing keeping Nintendo going, is in fact, the NDS. If they don't look out, they will be following in the footsteps of Atari. Which by the way, one of the biggest reasons why the Jaguar failed, was limited exclusive/first party games, and limited third party support. The only really good games that nintendo really has ever had, are Mario, Legend of Zelda, and Pokemon. Those three games keep them going. There are other games like Metroid and Starfox, good, but not so much here lately. Anyways, point is, Nintendo is bad about its release dates. Pikmin 3 was SUPPOSED to be a launch title, but got pushed back, again. All I'm saying is, things like this suck because people are a fan of your company for specific reason, and pushing back good titles constantly, is not good for the image you are trying to keep.

And people say Sony is bad about releases. I still want to get a WiiU though, its kind of an interesting console to me. Better that than an XBOX! XD

@Karmazyn @Kravyn81 studies have shown now, in NA, you are considered "middle class" if you have a salary job, if you OWN a house, and OWN two cars. as in no payments. that's a bit ridiculous. Middle class is the "average" and there are not a lot of people over here who are considered average. There are probably more people in the US, that are living from paycheck to paycheck. We have a government that is literally shutting down small business by making it harder for them to survive. A lot of those small business are owned by people trying to survive off of every paycheck. If our average class was 3 to 4 times richer, we wouldn't be in the state we are in. Look at monetary value as well. The Euro is now worth more than the US dollar. So when you say our average is richer than your average, keep in mind that for every dollar we have, you have roughly 30 cents MORE(American). Do the math. 1 euro = 1.30 american. It would cost me $1,300(give or take some change) to get 1,000 euro. 300 is big number. The US economy is not doing too well right now. Something funny, more money has been spent during Obama's first term, according to FORBES, than any other president(possibly combined). Now I'm not going to say thats 100% fact, but I could see it being true.

@IndremaLover @McGregor "Microsoft currently offers a subsidized Xbox 360, which sells for $99 if consumers commit to a two-year Xbox Live Gold subscription at a cost of $15 per month."

$99 for the xbox and live at $15 a month is $460 not including tax. So even if there was a model of the next xbox offering the same deal, its still $360 alone for xbox live. then add in the cost of the actual console. You might as well buy it straight out. That alone proves the Playstation is, and will be a better choice financially.
