I don't judge it on release date and albums sold.  I judge it on whether or not I like it.  Which is usually a lot of things.  I don't listen to a lot of classical/spanish guitar though, because I get bored of it quickly.  I do like classical piano/symphonies, but unless the guitarist can carry an interesting (read: not necessarily complicated) melody, I get bored of acoustic albums quickly.  Which is why I always bring up Erik Mongrain, Justin King, and Andy McKee in classical guitar threads.

Thery were originally going to protest at the VT students' funerals, but then a right-wing radio host decided to let them have one hour of airtime on the condition that they make no presence whatsoever at the funerals.  So whoever that radio host is, thank you.

aliens would be easier to beat...with zombies, you have to eradicate the entire zombie population, which is probably gonna be at least 7 billion, plus all the animals that got infected, or else they'll bite someone and start the cycle all over again.

Based purely on story?
The Longest Journey Trilogy (and hopefully they'll keep the overt feminism that we see in epics nowadays out, I hated the corset line in PotC)
Half-Life 2 (although it'd be a bit of a struggle, seeing as the main character is never actually seen, just played.

Eric Mongrain, anyone?  He plays an acoustic on his lap, which isn't very common.  And he writes some damn good songs.  Just throwing that out there for anyone who's interested, this guy is really good.

If hell had a soundtrack, MSI would be behind the entire thing.  It's not that it's bad music, it's that it gets annoying very fast.

I'm celebrating it largely due to new research that shows it helps stop forms of lung cancer (the link is on fark.com, for april 19th, 2007, it has a 'Cool' tag).  Which would explain why there hasn't been a spike in lung cancer occurrence, which everyone thought there would be because of the 60's and 70's.

So here's to me not getting lung cancer at any point in the future.

Yep, but not tomorrow...I'm gonna have to find time to do it soon, though.

i have two 15 page research papers and 2 films to complete by next week, so i am not going to get high tomorrow, however, when i hand in my final assignment on friday, april 27, i'm going to take a ride on the L-train with my friend lucy in the sky with diamonds, to celebrate.maximusmmii

On June 9th, I'm riding that train to an all-day, all-night concert.  I don't know if you have heard of or like The Disco Biscuits, but they're going to be there.
