Wii M+ wasn't added into controllers until Late 2010, and before that the add on was bundled with Wii Motes and Systems. So for a product released in 2009, announced in 2008, it took a good 2-3 years for it to be bundled. And like we've all been saying, adding this expansion kit isn't as easy as adding M+ to a wiimote. Why does everyone keep forgetting the shoulder buttons? If they try to build the expansion into the 3DS it will not get anything but more massiveYeah a company known for revising handhelds to death won't do it this time... Pinkie promise! Also, two words: Motion Plus. Do all games support it? No. Was it incorporated into every new Wii controller? Yes.
There's plenty of room for another 3 shoulder buttons on the 3DS, just look at a picture of one. A little thickness would be good actually - put a larger battery in there to satisfy oh I don't know... everyone :D

There were TVs and Computer Monitors with higher resolutions or as high resolutions as your Xbox 360, PC, or PS3 in the 60s, 70s, 80s. The tech being fresh is never, ever relevant or else the most powerful console would win every generation. Its how the tech is implemented, how well and by whom.3D is the technology of the 50s and the 80s. It's hardly the technology of "tomorrow" and it wont be impressive down the line either.

[QUOTE="thetravman"]Rare just needs to dissolve. Hardly any of the original talent is still there. to be fair, MS was fine with Rare making Diddy Kong Racing DS and allowing the use of the Age of Empires name for two DS games. It could theoritically happen I suppose, I'd rather see Perfect Dark or Banjo Kazooie reborn on 3DS. Maybe a new Viva Pinata. Not impossible. Convince Rare to go back to Nintendo. And give them a slapin hopes of knocking some sense into them. They seem to lost their talent in making great games. -.-

OH damn, is it coming so soon?? I will get it definitely though maybe for ps3 because the series feels right playing it on a playstation console.StevelovessonyYou see this is so funny. It wasn't on a PS console first (RE4 that is) nor is the definitive version on a PS console (the Wii version) Also, there were like 5 or 6 real Resident Evil games last gen for a non-PS console, I just don't get this. On topic: I'm buying, likely day one. I'm skipping on Gears to get Rage, so I will have more time to play it.
I couldn't have said it better myself, thank you. We are gathering our pitchforks outside of Nintendo HQ as we are inspired by your valor in finally representing us, the nervous fanboy masses. Our demand is simple, Nintendo should remake the games we want, but not too many and also make new games that don't mess with what we love at all but also rebooting everything and evolving everything without changing anything. That's all we really want. The absolute gaul Nintendo has for releasing a couple well done remakes while we wait for the newer games to arrive. I mean, Ocarina of Time? Who likes that game? I bet not even a million people would buy it.
The market has certainly spoken, and people abhor that game.

What, 1.2 million copies is bad? You realise that's about $30-$40 million made based off of the many ($35, $30, $20) prices retailers sold it for? Are you really saying you think R* invested 1/3 of what they spent to make games like GTA IV and RDR on a DS game? You know most DS games costed like $1 million to make? I mean, I guess their ego's must be hurt but the fact is it still made much more than its budget on the DS version alone and the DS version was the best selling version.[QUOTE="darth-pyschosis"]Why not? CW sold loads better on DS than it did any other platform basically even if it was underwhelming. QUOTE]
It was a major flop and I wouldn't expect it back

It sold 510k worldwide. For a port, and a good port at that, that is very good. Just so you know, the average 3DS game costs about 800k to 2 million USD to make, not including marketing. That's about $20.4 million at the $40 price point. Depending on their budget, that could be $15-18 million in all profit. So no, if they don't make more fighting games for 3DS it will be for some other reason that not having a consumer base. You gotta realise like 10% of all 3DS owners currently own SSFIV 3DSales. Perhaps capcom isn't happy with SSF4 on 3DS.
