Shopping from them I don't really care, but having to work with them is far worse.
When I was at EB Games (Australia) my manager was unbearable around MGS4 release time. He was taking pre-orders for the 360 version even though we did not have a code for it. Telling people that he had seen the 360 version of MGS4 and the graphics were a lot better. When you shop there you can call him a goose but when he is your boss you just have to cop it.
Tales of Vesperia PS3 can't outsell the 360 version in japan? Ouch :lol:xsubtownerx

[QUOTE="Liquid_DC"]what people dont realize is that odst price is really i mean really going to play a big factor in the score. what started out as dlc, should have stayed dlc ask rockstar about itnavyguy21
do some research, its a full game now, not just "DLC"
Agreed. However this is why I am worried about the review score as it now needs to be rated as a full game. I can't help but think of Banjo which had a ton of content but launched at $40 with a free game if you pre-ordered. Keep in mind that I live in Australia so for me ODST is going to set me back $99.95.
At least being an aussie I will save money on L4D2 (F you OFLC!!!!)
i know you're just posting these in good fun, but some people, as shown, are taking this seriously. They don't realize one of those is a user review and the other is just from some random obscure website. AssassinFonce
Its all part of the fun of system wars and the reason it has drawn me back. This place lives and dies on the opinions of a small group of journalists to justify the purchases of a generation that is way to driven by trends and fads. It is good to watch the blatant fanboys argue back and forth over such nonsense.
"MLB 09 is not exclusive"
"Mass Effect 8.5 flop!!"
"FFXIII not exclusive"
LOL it is so good to know that this stuff is a priority for some people. It is fantastic to me that this is serious business for some people lol
To be quite honest though I think that the very fact that this will have the full Halo 3 multiplayer plus firefight should more than compensate for a short fall in length of gameplay. I have never known Bungie to release an inferior product so I believe that this will still deliver. My suspicions are that MS felt in the absence of gears that they needed something on the shelves for this holiday.
As long you can find a good group of friends to play firefight with, it will be well worth the price of admission.
