I just don't see the point in remaking a game. It is a classic. But remaking great games is no better than just putting out endless sequels that do nothing new. What I would much prefer to see is them making new games but games that recapture the terror and atmosphere of the early games.
Why is he still wearing his mask in the interview? Is he a game developer / terrorist or something? This is just more totally transparent marketing ploys.
I've played a lot of racing and f1 games in my time and i'm just a bit bored with these games now. I played 2010 and it was ok despite the occasional glitch, poor out of car sections and the fact that you couldn't actually control your car fully in the pits.
But instead of adding all these new modes and missions, why don't they add somthing that the true f1 fan would appreciate? Like maybe a classic f1 mode where they have old f1 cars and old circuits. At least that would be some new content and more cars and variety in the game.
Its a pity that Sony didn't at least have some new information on the PS4 to give people this time around. They're obviously in no rush to get it made. Personally I'd like to see it out yesterday!
The first FF I played was FFVII. I think they have lost their way a bit with recent releases. Linearity being the major issue, aswell as the fall in the standard of music in the game and gameplay features.
I would like them to start again with a true open world adventure and bring back some of the old more charming musical styles of the old games. If FFVII can have an open world and still be able to tell a good story then they should be able to do it now.
