I only have 6gb installed right now but I got this information from a website on Vista here it is, I hope this helps

Windows Vista Edition 32-bit (x86)--------Windows 64-bit(x64)
Windows Vista Ultimate 4 GB ------------------128 GB
Windows Vista Enterprise 4 GB-----------------128 GB
Windows Vista Business 4 GB -------------------128 GB
Windows Vista Home Premium 4 GB------------16 GB
Windows Vista Home Basic 4 GB ------------------8 GB
Windows Vista Starter ---1 GB ----------------------N/A

I also noticed that some of my old programs are not 64-bit supported so make sure you can run some programs and you might have to get the drivers for somethings from there websites

it does not take much for an OS to become corrupt. viruses or anything can corrupt them. I had a HDD go bad within 30 days of purchase. do you have another computer that you can hook your slave up to? maybe a friends computer or something, or you could invest in a usb external hard drive enclosure and place it in there to use a laptop usb port to access it as long as the hard drive is good

Did you try to boot the computer without the slave drive in it to see if it is your OS that is bad?

you can use a copy of Linux Puppy and boot from it....your HDD 'should' be visible so you can get your files from it there! just make sure you get the right version of puppy to use with usb boot

I had this happen to me about a week ago and the slave drive was causing it to not boot, try unhooking your slave and see if your computer will boot up if it does then you know there is a problem with the slave drive.

how do you know what reviews I am even refering to in order to be able to state they are not true.. and yes it did use the Thermalright 120 true extream vs the Coolermaster V8 both with 120mm fans with the cpu at standard 3.0ghz and overclocked at different levels up to 4.0ghz with the volts from 1.25 to 1.45 they hung neck and neck on almost every test or within 1 degree of each other, the stock cooler ran anywhere from 17 degrees to 30 degrees higher then the other two..
