I don't have much hard rive space to begin with so I really need to get rid of steam, and I mean all of it. I don't want there to be any trace that it was even on my machine. OK that sounded a little wierd but its true. Any files i ever data I ever recieved I want gone. I've heard on other sites this is dang near impossible, but if anyone knows how to do it, I would appreciate it. I guess you could say I'm a little OCD about my Hard drive space, but on my laptop, space is precious. Thanks.

I agree that there need to be more demos(which should also be updated to reflect bug fixes, new features, and the like! *points at the IL-2 Sturmovik demo lacking things like TrackIR Enhanced support that the latest releases have*). They help determine things such as: -performance on your system (Why go out and gamble on a new game, only to find out that it runs like crap on your system?) -control schemes (As I already said, I'm pissed that I have to use mouse emulation with my TrackIR 4 Pro to use it in the IL-2 demo, and I'm not willing to gamble on paying for 1946 just to find out how well it works. Console ports also tend to retain consolized interfaces, and worse off, they don't support gamepads sometimes. *cough*Beyond Good & Evil*cough*) -whether or not you'll like the game (The game may or may not appeal to you, no matter what everyone else says.) However, open-world games like The Elder Scrolls or Grand Theft Auto series would not be conveyed properly with a cut-down demo. For these type of games, I propose a time-limited trial system-something on the order of six hours or so should be enough. Of course, if a patch were released that fixed any major bugs and increased performance, the timer should be reset so that a user who may not have considered getting the game before due to such bugs may try it again and be pleasantly surprised. (This is the approach I have in mind for one of my own games that I'll create sooner or later down the road, though I'll need a very big budget and a team of skilled developers to make it happen.)NamelessPlayer

I think you know what I meant - the professional reviews are bought, and the player reviews merely reflect the hype, with exceptions of course. But I think you just want to be difficult.
