so psyched for this game...my friends and I totally stumbled onto PvZ last year and were hooked. So fun...very much in the same vain as rocket league, accidental finds that have provided hours upon hours of fun with my buddies.
@connorman01: fair enough..if that is what he meant, however if you read through his other comments, he is pretty negative about this game in general below...either way...this is common practice for all Publishers, not just Ubisoft, so let's be a little honest about the argument. Yes, Ubisoft did that with Watch Dogs, yes Ubisoft released broken games (AC Unity).
I mentioned all this in another post. This game looks great in the alpha, plays great, sounds great, but as I said in another comment, if this is developed like watch dogs and assassins creed, as opposed to games we are used in the past from Ubisoft like Splinter cell, early AC games, then it will be in big trouble. With all the pushed release dates, that would suggest to me, that they would rather get it right (ex...Assassins Creed Unity, easily could have been pushed), which is a good sign, no?
I think this game is going to be a huge success...the alpha purred, few issues, but looked and played great...excitement is definitely on the way up for this IP
@silversix_: haha seriously...I own both and love these fanboys...I could list multiple pros and cons for both systems...PS4 has their fair share of warts, as does X1
@KILLEDbCRITICAL: I played the alpha, this game is solid from what I have played, 15 hours or so...really to be honest, games like this and destiny are totally dependant upon content...the game looks and plays beautifully, but unless there is enough to keep engaged, it could suffer the same fate as destiny.
I am cautiously optimistic, remembering this is Ubisoft afterall. If this is more Splinter Cell type development standards as opposed to watch dogs and assassins creed unity, it could turn out well...time will tell
haha pretty cool. My only complaint about the console version of this game is the lack of settlement building you can do. Without Mods to "help" with building materials, your settlements can slow to a crawl. They are so much fun to build! My settlement is a beast, but i have hit the highest level you can build too (seems to be about 4 stories up, before you get the out of zone warning).
I know settlements have small value in the overall game, but still tons of fun. Love this game!
