No backwords compatibility. All PS3's have backwards compatibility....and from what I understand XBOX 360 B/C isn't very effective....so I heard.

No Headsets included with PS3. You're right....however PS3's allow one the option of using ANY bluetooth headset, and ANY USB headset as well.

No HDMI cable included with PS3. PS3's do have HDMI cables now. I'm possitive XBOX 360's have no HDMI cables included anymore, for quite a while in fact.

Really, fine me a PS3 that is not manufactured by Sony or Xbox not manufactured by M$. I can guarantee you that you can't find non-Sony brand PS3 . Also, I can also guarantee you that you can by a PC that is manufactured and branded by Sony, Dell and others and not by M$.
