Great list guys, and good to see the real Rainbow Six get a mention! I was 9 years old at the time, and I remember when the pre-rendered cutscenes of Resident Evil 2 were shown, this guy who I took my PS1 to, to get "chipped" said "You know, when they make a PlayStation 2, graphics will be like this all the time, even while you're playing." My friend and I looked at each other, both genuinely awe-struck, our minds blown by the possibilities of the future.

Kinda sad how things have turned out, with the online lootbox stuff and MTs, Konami being dicks, Ubisoft, EA, Activision etc. A lot of things have changed for the worse, but we still get truly great gaming experiences from a lot of devs, and it's important to not let nostalgia blind you to the possibilities of the future.

Here's to another 20 years! :-)
