SPOILER, best quote ever ----> "Didn't we have some fun, though? Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and i said : Goodbye! And you were like : NO WAY. And then i was all : We pretended we were going to murder you. That was great."

you will have to forward some ports. Check wikipedia, or check the link provided with azureus (in some older version a link was provided, it was something like portforwarding.com)

svxhost is a load of programs so its kind of hard and like greatmax said theres usually more than one, 28mb doesn't seem that bad atm im running it on 32mbyoyo462001
ok thanks, if its normal then... because some trojan horses sometimes use the svchost.exe name because there are others in the process list, and i though that 28mb was kind of suspicious for this kind of background process.

Alright, so i have one of the many svchost.exe that takes an unusual amount of ressource (about 28 000kb) and i would like to know what it is, and if there is a way to make it consume less system memory. Thanks in advance.

the no HUD idea would be good, except that there would have to be a clip-checking feature (just like in condemned:criminal origins) where you press a button and your weapon's drops in your hand and you check the remaining ammo. Of course this would be hard to do with an assault rifle or other guns....

So out of all the recent nvidia drivers (beta and whql), which one seems to give the best performance in games such as portal, hl2:ep2, bioshock, crysis, etc...? And do you experience any problems related to the driver in question? Thanks in advance.

PS: Thanks, i just cant seem to type this word without a typo :|.

[QUOTE="DaRkDeMoN-"]Set your updaterates and cmdrate at 101 and ex_interp (I think its cl_interp in CSS at 0.01) you'll have way better hitboxes actually on the models. People just are ignorant about these commands and just assume the game is crappy. It's all about setting your rates correctly.gtarmanrob

you're correct it is cl_interp for CS:S. default value is 0.01. i think its the time difference between firing a bullet and the bullet hitting.

why this does kind of fix it, the hitboxes are still crap. and some servers actually dont allow you to connect if you mess with the interp value, as it appears as an altered cfg file. they must think its a hack or something.

im not sure if zblock allows it, if it doesnt, it means its not legal for league play (cal at least), and by the way, its "reg", not rego.
