I didn't wait for a video game that much since Witcher 3, however I don't wait for this game as much as I've waited for Witcher 3. Since a decade video game industry has been dead so in an aspect my expectations are lowered so this makes me attracted to any potential video game easily more than ever despite how little potential they may have, on the other hand ironically it makes me way more suspicious that how bad the game would turn out due to video game industry died long ago so it makes me desire a perfect game. So weirdly it makes me underestimate and overestimate this video game simultaneously.
On one hand this game seems to try new things and offer sandbox fun that makes me remember golden age of experimental PlayStation 2 games, but the year is 2025 so the modern-day business sickness that's lazy greedy job begets empty games so I don't really expect it to deliver a decent sense of RPG, fun meaningful things to do and actually fun gameplay. This is more like a business investment for me that they have good ideas so I would like to invest my extra extra money in it instead of letting it accumulate dust where it lies. It's certainly better than even thinking about any CD PROJEKT SCAM, Ubishit, Electronic Abominations (EA), Badhesda, Nintendon't, KonArtistami, $onny, $EGO, SuckyEnix, Bummer Namco, Non-Activityision, Microtrash, CAN'tCOM, Rubbishstar Games, VALVenoughofyourBS, Fartizzard, et cetera video games lol. :DDD
I was very disappointed when I heard Gambit is not a playable character yet again in a Marvel game. I'm not a Marvel guy and all but they keep inventing new characters I never even heard about but it doesn't make sense why they ignore old characters so much. I hope damn Marvel will stop ignoring Gambit and will #MakeGambitGreatAgain lol. Or should I buy Marvel and delete every character but Gambit? :DDD
Again damn Ubisoft started to talk like they invented "next-gen technologies" in the video game industry like they are so superior. They did the same BS with Watch Dogs 1 and despite the game is good it was bashed because Ubisoft overestimated their game too much lol.
I don't care about graphics until its style makes things hard to see and all but when you talk about how "photorealistic" your game is when it's not it give me a right to say "this game looks so bad". It's barely PS4 generation, not even current gen or next gen. AC Unity, even AC Syndicate has better graphics.
Seasonal weather system is a "so what" thing in this era. Bully, a game that released in 2006 on PlayStation 2 has the same feature. While it was a necessary feature in Bully it's questionable when this new AC game has it. What was the point of it? Also what was the point of detailed wild life? Is this a hunting simulator game lol? Extra work for no reason. They should have spent all these resources on other aspects of the game. Our PC shouldn't bother more to process this digital rubbish lol.
They show breaking objects as the innovative ways to manipulate the game world, but my dude are you releasing the game for Playstation 1? Are you a joke. Yes/no, it's not a question for it's already well established that if Ubisoft had to be a day it would be April 1 lol.
Other than these, animations looks very bad and unnatural. People make moves in light speed as there is no natural flow between animations. For example I do dislike GTA 5 but gotta admit it has the best animations in a video game.
In the end they keep BS like this, it will make people bash this game like how Watch Dogs 1 was sent to oblivion lol.
This game would matter if they had released this game instead of Unity without going to the pseudo-RPG route with Origins. They killed the name of Assassin's Creed and afterwards they releasing one of the most wanted AC game when people stopped caring about the franchise. No dude, I don't wanna be an "assassin" anymore. I'm retired. I can keep playing AC Syndicate when I miss those fun days instead lol.
Overall it seems like a boring game. The ninja woman indicate forced stealth that most people hate as Star Wars Outlaws proved it but if the stealth is not decent despite it's not forced than stealth gamers will hate this game, while samurai dude indicate nonsense action game that AC Valhalla was hated for. Animations are bad, graphics wouldn't satisfy new generation people so I don't know why Ubisoft trust this digital garbage to save them from a business death lol.
Any planned update that reduces the game size significantly? They keep releasing pretty much the same buggy game so I keep playing the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl for I'm not gonna bother downloading that giant BS, or they should release demo anymore considering how huge games are anymore like they releasing the best game ever lol. :DDD
Back then, when people usually had 40 GB HDD they released GTA San Andreas that was like around 5 GB and around that time only that game worth to install that much as the game offers endless sandbox fun for you to create your own game, kinda like how kids used to had to invent their own games playing on the street. Now they release generic BS that has model and texture quality most of us don't even care or our eyes can see and release an empty game that takes huge space for nothing. It's like a damn digital black hole lol. You can't even make a GTA San Andreas even if you had mixed GTA 4 and 5 bundled with every game released between 2016 - 2025. My highest offer is 70 GB or I auto "ignore" on Steam lol.
