The enhanced addition for the PC version is available as a free patch. So when you pick up the PC version, you simply apply the patch and then you get your extra hours worth of content just as you do with the retail 360 version. Refreshing at a time where Day 1 DLC seems to be the norm.

Without sounding like too much of a jerk - you're 12 so you shouldn't really be playing this. As far as I know you can't turn off the sexual content since its very much part of the game, its an RPGxa aimed at a very mature audience where extreme violence, profanity and sexual content are both plentiful and integral to the game. As for similar games well the only ones I can think of that are probably suitable for your age are the Gothic and Risen games. Dragon Age too if you feel you're responsible enough to ignore the romance mechanics or if your parents trust you to.

Firstly, LOL @ the OP claiming Iran will sell nukes to Al-Qaeda, Iran is a Shia country and one of Al-Qaedas doctrines is to murder all Shia, so yeah sounds legit. And at the end of the day the US/Israel don't want Iran getting a nuke because they fear they'll use it unprovoked (they're not stupid enough to), but they fear that the balance of power in the region will shift meaning that the US and Israel won't maintain their absolute regional hegemony, and hence will no longer be able to do as they wish in the region without consequences. When Faux News mentions 'Arab' fears, it refers to the dictatorships of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain which harbour anti-Shia sentiments and also happen to have a worse human rights record than Iran..yet we let them off the hook because they're obedient puppets. You want the truth? The PEOPLE of the Arab states actually see the US as the biggest threat to peace in the region, and only 10% oppose the Iranian nuclear program.

So I basically just spent $289 to play SSFIV til June.

Good job, Nintendo.

You should have anticipated this before throwing $300 at them. The launch was always going to be about showing off gimmicky hardware, should have waited a few months for some decent titles to have cropped up.

I think a lot of people misunderstood my point...but I suppose it was my fault for the thread title I've used. I'm not solely pointing the finger at COD, for me its just part of a cohort of games that have shaped the gaming norm these days. If I was being more pedantic then I should have added the likes of Gears of War, Killzone and Halo next to COD. It just seems that for every Okami, Ico, and Shenmues we get, we also get 30 or so clones of COD, Halo, Gears of War, Resident Evil etc. That was much less the case generations back.

I wouldn't even consider buying any of the games listed in this thread so far. There games from other systems, if you want those game go buy that system

Word. I can understand them being ported to the PSP NGP but I wouldn't enjoy them as 3DS games. My vote is Shenmue, would be great to play it all over again.

I don't like IGN's reviews but I don't think they've said much wrong here. That being said it's a bit strange reviewing a console. I'm definitely going to pick one up in the summer when hopefully there'll be a better list of games, I also have a large backlog of DS games I promised myself to plough through. The battery life is a big concern for me though since I like to take my DS with me in long flights. I wouldn't be put off by the score, I don't think anyone's going to regret buying one. Just go ahead and buy one and enjoy, the games will follow in abundance.
