Do you even care what the GameSpot review says? Theres plenty of other reviews out there, and tons more fan reviews which IMO are more credible since they dont get paid to advertise.
There are plenty of games with good stories out there, e.g. psychonauts, Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy), Dreamfall etc - you just have to look harder for them. That being said though I do agree that storytelling is increasingly become a neglected feature in a climate today, in which most games are about how many guns, explosions or other gimmicks they can fit, or how the graphics look.
Was just wondering if there were any gamespot reviews that were completely different than most others. I.e. one that gave either a far more generous or harsh summary of a game compared to most of the other reviewers?
Thanks for the heads up, was contemplating giving it another go seeing as I have plenty of time now, but like others I dont fancy the hours of reinstalling, gulp.
What theres a DLC that you have to PAY FOR that increases the level cap? lol there's cheats that can do that, last time I played my character was in the 40s.
