The last few episodes of BCS were shit, i only hope they get off this black and white shit for the final episode, and it goes out with a bang. It was definitely my "go to" show to watch on Mondays, sorry to see it go.
Wasn't really impressed, and DEFINITELY wouldn't rate it a 8, more like a 5, maybe a 6 at best.
Spoilers:
Cell max was shit. Gamma 1 & 2 were... Okay. Gohan use to be one of the most strongest characters in the DB, now that he is a scholar, understandably, he is so skinny looking, and yet received a huge power-up, even though he lacked the training... although his version of the Makankosappo, was pretty dope. "Orange" piccolo was pretty cool, but it seems the writers were just trying to narrow the power gap between him, and the main characters... Speaking of which, Son Goku and Vegeta (along with Beerus-sama and whiz were BARELY even shown (like 5 to 10 mins throughout the entirely of the film... BIG BUMMER for me) Other than a few spots here and there, it isn't worth watching IMO, unless your a huge fanboy (like me :).
Brody's movie and resurrection of F, are still my most favorite from the DBS line of movies.
I wouldn't want to discourage the writers from making more DB movies, because i grew up watching the shows and movies, and will always have a love/hate with the franchise, and I'll always watch the new ones, good or bad.
The average consumer fails to budget and set forth price limits. I'm much better than the average consumer.
Actually, my name is dave, not jack... and budget has nothing to do with corporate greed, MATT! and just because YOU, MATT, are "much better" than your average consumer, doesn't mean the majority of the country (or the world for that matter) is.
There is a lot more lower to mid income households to higher end ones. And these streaming companies (like many other organizations and companies) rely on these lower income households for the bulk of their revenue. it's these households that can't afford or simply just don't want to pay the crazy monthly prices that come with satellite or cable television. (among other things)
and, again... It's because of the "better than average" consumers (like you...), why these companies keep getting away with price increases. You give a finger, eventually these companies will want the whole hand.
So when is enough going to be enough for the "better than average" consumer (like you...)?! Everyone and everything has a breaking point, whether you can afford it or not isn't the point, It's when will the "better than average" have enough?! $20 a month, $30, $50, $100 ect.
I have a better idea, instead of supporting the multi-million/billion dollar corporations & conglomerates, how about taking a stand against them, before they get to those outrageous prices, before its too late.
but,
none of you will. Why? Because you don't see the bigger picture, and the plans these companies have for you.
Good luck to you MATT, and the rest of your generation.
Compared to alternatives, I've always felt that streaming services were a bit underpriced. So it's hard to complain about the prices creeping up.
Fortunately, the same free market forces will ensure a pricing equilibrium where they remain affordable to the vast majority of us.
Yeah... Its because of people like you why prices are allowed to increase. The more support consumers have on being AGAINST price hikes, the better off the consumers would be in regards to streaming platforms...
and its NOT the only front that consumer support would benefit from. The game industry is the same way. If more consumers would be AGAINST micro-transactions, INSTEAD of all the idiots buying in to them, the less control the game publishers/developers would have over the consumer.
It happens all the time in the everyday world. If less people drove, and consumption was less, gas companies would have no choice, but to lower gas prices.
As long as people are "okay" with an issue (or don't have a choice) the longer said issues will continue.
