looks very interesting, reminds me of the original red faction. So is this world as big as FC3? Outpost seem to be clustered very close together so I have my reserves on world size, if it's as big definitely a day one purchase.

They will try to paint this with pretty colors but at the end it's an imposing measure to take control away from the costumer.

"oh the gamer will be able to do this and that" they will say, never surrender your ownership rights people, not for some stupid social features claim that in reality is a turn towards corporate dictatorship over the sheep that fall for the glossy marketing lies.

@M-S-M-S @Aleksandre3182 Very true, but ArmA has an over-complicated, counterintuitive interface with too many key combinations.

Too many people brag about how accurate the mouse is in a FPS, but really, the keyboard just sucks for maneuvering and using menus efficiently, I just find playing with a controller so user friendly and intuitive compared to a keyboard (designed for typing not playing) and ArmA doesn't support gaming pads because it has too many complicated commands to map to a pad with limited buttons.

Everything has a downside, even the best game ever (that's ArmA).

@SoNin360 Think about support, our games will be temporary, company goes broke, servers go dark, useless game, never playable again. Thanks for nothing, I'm out.

Xbox 720, you're officially disqualified. Wait for Sony to confirm their own disqualifying features. Time to upgrade my very old PC or get a new one. There's no reason to own a console anymore.

Personally, next gen consoles aren't for me. I know this by just seeing how many PC exclusives are in the market and coming soon. So many great games and simulators, while current gen focused on killing aliens and zombies in cinematic, scripted QTE sequences.

Next gen will get worse, so knowing I would choose ArmA over CoD even if the 1st would be a $500 game and the second 100% free (included a certificate for a free pizza) I know my only option is to update my old PC and completely abandon consoles.

Consoles completely abandoned the core gamers and just wants to cater to casual audiences now, with diluted content, and it has been going in that direction for a while, where now it got to the point where there's really no reason for core gamers to own a console.

I shifted to consoles for the simplicity it offered when it still had respect for core, now it's time to go back to PC. I'm not interested in cinematic experiences so this is my farewell to consoles, and by what I can observe, many will do the same.
